QC Weigh Software Description
Emails can be sent with reports organized by product line, sample numbers, and product to give a snapshot of production performance each day. You can track all factory floor weighs and view the performance by product, operator, and line. Remotely manage employee productivity, change tolerances, assign scales to groups, and add product ID's. Doran can integrate data with Statistical Process Control systems (SPC) and other enterprise software. All software uses SQL Express Database. QC Weigh is for the 2200CW, a versatile, multipurpose checkweigher that offers speed, durability, versatility, and a high level of flexibility. Simply enter the Product ID, Description, Checkweigh parameters and Tare weights into the Master Product List. Next, choose the scale or scales you wish to upload to or download. At pre-determined intervals, management reports can be generated by product line, sample number and product.
