Summary: Very promising. We moved from Slack to Pumble and as soon as the group video calls are implemented, we'll jump on the paid plan

Positive: Access to all our message history with the free plan and the storage available in the free plan too.

Negative: We understand it's still under development but group video calls and share screen would be a good addition. Also, support for iPad OS would be nice. Currently, it only works on portrait mode, making it virtually unusable on a large iPad like the 12.9 inch one.

Summary: Overall, I find Pumble useful for a day-to-day operation, we get to send unlimited number of messages, and those messages get sent to team members. Uptime status have been great, only down side is the UI/UX which I feel needs improvement. I checked their roadmap, and it seems they'll allow custom themes in the future.

Positive: Ready to use, on the go team chat SaaS, even has a mobile app. It's free and cheap, we're currently testing and using it.

Negative: The UI could be improved - hate the colors at the moment, a bit cartoonish for my taste. Even the default user icons are too childish. They should change the UI/UX to make it looks more suitable for business.

Summary: This platform has been key to developing stable communication within my work sector, I work as a project writer and it is very important to have correct communication with all company employees, within my project habits we have a communication channel chat created within this platform, but I am also integrated into the other chat channels throughout the company, because my main function is to communicate with them to achieve success in each of the activities and projects that we are carrying out. I am really satisfied with all the results obtained with this platform, I have noticed how communication is hidden in my entire work team, and I have also been able to communicate easily and without any type of limit with any employee around my company, no matter in what sector. is located within the company, in the same way to be able to find it within the platform and send them a direct message or contact them through a chat. 1.- The free trial version is limited but offers quite beneficial features for users, it allows you to send all kinds of messages in an unlimited way in the various chat channels, it also allows you to create all the chat channels you want, everything this for free, however important features such as screen sharing on every video call, AND more storage space, come included in a paid plan, and that will help you get much broader benefits within the platform, expanding at the same time the communication you have. But the quick test is still a great option if you just want to test the platform.

2.- It has an excellent video call system incorporated within the chat channels, these video calls are really complete, they allow you to send all kinds of messages while making the video call, in addition, this service is quite attractive because to make a The call you do not have to make is a specific Chalco channel, and all the participants of that video call will be the people who are within that specific chat channel, so if you need to make a call with a specific work group you just have to select it and the call starts immediately.

3.- The prices it offers for each of its plans help make this platform much more attractive, it really offers very cheap prices to help you get an inbox where you can send and receive messages immediately, I highly recommend this software if you're looking to save money and strengthen your team's communication at the same time.

4.- I love the unlimited way in which I can use this platform, there is no type of limit regarding the information or the history of the chat of the channels that you have created, for example, a chat has been created for your team and they have sent many messages within it, this is not a problem within this platform, you will be able to find those messages in a simple way with the search engine within the platform, also if you want you will not have to delete that history at any time , since there is no type of limit in the history of the messages sent.

5.- You can share all kinds of files within the chat channels, that means that you will not have to use additional or third-party platforms to transfer a file to your work team, you just have to upload it to the platform and share it with your chat channel, in addition, within this platform you can also send private messages, direct messaging works wonderfully and will help you if you want to communicate with a specific person without using the team chat channel.

Negative: This platform has been amazing due to the way it has worked within my company, most of the features it has have helped simplify communication to a great extent, however, there are some negative aspects that need to be mentioned about this service, such as:

1.- This platform does not allow you to send any type of Voice Notes within the chat channels. Currently there are applications such as WhatsApp or Telegram which allow you to send voice notes to simplify communication within the chat channels, however within this platform is not possible, the only way to communicate with your work team is by sending and receiving messages within the chat channels as well as using the group video call system. But I am not interested in what simply this Voice Notes system would help make communication much simpler and faster.

2.- I have searched for this application in the iOS store and I have not found it, so this platform is not available for my mobile device, and this is unfortunate because this platform would help simplify the way I communicate with my team without needing to use my computer, I have used the web version and the download version for computers to be able to communicate with my team through the chat channels offered by this platform, I would love for an iOS application to be created as soon as possible to facilitate communication within my mobile device.

3.- The transfer or upload of files within the chat channels could be greatly improved, currently it is not bad, but it could be used since sometimes it takes a while to upload the corresponding files.

Summary: Awesome team tool and very easy to use, lack of Google integration is a major problem. Hopefully Pumble team will work on that soon.

Positive: Very easy to use, covers major Slack features. Free plan is very satisfying for small teams like mine.

Negative: Missing Google integration and team calls (one-on-one calls are available though).

Summary: Pretty good. Clean and simple.

Positive: So far they don't extort their members like Slack is doing now.

Negative: No invite link. Have to enter emails manually.

Summary: It was great and very easy. I use this everyday and it is very useful. You can also use emojis to let the other person know you saw the message. It can be used as an acknowledgment.

Positive: It is user friendly. It can be used by anyone, anywhere. It can be logged in in any device. This was my first time using it but it feels like I have been using it before. You can communicate well to other people and is a big help on working together with my teammates.

Negative: You should have more guidelines, or present the things that we can do on Pumble. I just use this for communication and I'm not sure if there are other things we can do here.

Summary: Pumble is easy to use and would likely to recommend this product. Best on communicating with the team or just have chitchats with friends. It would be better if gif and other apps can be linked on this app.

Positive: Pumble is so good as a tool for communicating with the team. It has cute emojis that we can use. There is a personal space for saving items (saved items folder)There is also a file browser where you can easily locate the previous files that were posted.

Negative: I would really like to have apps to be linked to Pumble. I would like to have gif app added on it.

Summary: Good experience.

Positive: It's easy to use and accessible on multiple locations.

Negative: None.

Summary: I like using simple, uncomplicated, and effective tools. When it comes to messaging and managing my team, I can't think of anything better than Pumble... And mind you, I've tried multiple platforms before... and I didn't experience any lag or system errors while using Pumble.

Positive: Pumble is so easy to navigate... Even a non-tech-savvy person can use it with ease. Plus, it loads up fast and it doesn't freeze even if I have tons of conversation going on.

Also, unlike other messaging platforms, I've never encountered any errors or lagging issues while using Pumble.

Another problem I have with other messaging platforms is the quality issues of files and photos being shared within my team...

BUT with Pumble, I have zero problems with the quality of files and other media being shared by me and my team members.

Everything flows smoothly with Pumble, thus making our workloads a lot faster and easier to handle.

I really like Pumble and I would highly recommend it to any agency owners out there.

Negative: Not really cons, but more like a wishlist to make my experience way better. I wish this platform could allow me to connect the other tech tools I currently use. And I also hope it has a whiteboard tool that any user can use during live calls. Pumble has no customizable background and color feature at he moment.

Positive: It has unique features that other platforms doesn't have, such as the scheduled messaging feature, which is super cool and efficient.

The platform doesn't "lag" as well. Unlike other platforms, your screen won't ever freeze even if you have tons of channels on the sidebar.

And what's even better is that, you never have to jump from one platform/app to another because Pumble also allows you to have "voice meetings" and even "video conferencing".

It's literally a no nonsense, all-in-one platform for teams.

The chat history stays untouched as well, it doesn't delete old messages like other platforms do.

My team loves it...

Plus, it's crazy that even my clients are impressed with Pumble.

Negative: I actually can't see anything wrong with Pumble...

But I think Pumble can certainly improve by a ton if users can integrate it with major social media platforms.

And also, I really wish it would have a "customized emoji" feature.

It would be more fun.

Positive: From day one everyone learned it very easily.
I am talking about the ease and rapid response here. When my organisation introduces Pumble we were like wow and we learned using Pumble from day one it gets on board it's that easy Very easy to use, very fun to use. Purple color logo is fine. Very quick response with very good notification tone.

Negative: Should have new fun stickers. In mobile apps it has delay. Uploading file takes a lot of time. Should have options of sending voice mail.

Summary: Very easy to use. Best for professional organisations. It is a reliable and professional application, it is easy to use and can be easily understood. Supports channels and thread features.

Positive: Very fast. Easy to handle and understand. Messages pop up even if the application is minimised. Having the ability to create channels and also have the thread feature.

Negative: Can also have the features of a feed. Should have fun stickers. Not having the feature of voice messages and not having the feature to add the favourites. Uploading files takes time.

Summary: Absolutely terrific. Honestly can't recommend it enough. We keep adding more users to our Pumble and it just keeps getting better and better.

Positive: This was so easy to use and get setup. We started chatting, sharing and organizing information and ideas immediately.

Negative: The only issue I have so far is downloading multiple documents at once (I wish it would automatically just add a number sequence at the end).
