Summary: I am truly satisfied with my experience using Pumble...

It has no-nonsense features that are really easy to navigate.

Pumble is perfect for teams and organizations who aim for an uncomplicated, easy-to-use, real-time messaging platform.

Pumble is something I would highly recommend.

Positive: The features are impeccable. It's extremely easy to use. It's not that complicated as well. It loads up too quickly as well unlike other platforms that have lagging issues.

Negative: It must have some additional features such as a variety of customizable themes and animations to spice up some fun and 'eye-entertainment'.

Summary: Excellent performance plus adding storage workspace is worth your money. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and clients.

Positive: Pumble is so easy to use and so far I have never experienced any trouble or technical issue. It's very useful for us to communicate with our clients and co-workers. Price is already good especially when you add some storage for your personal files etc. Plus you can also screen share so it's very useful and helpful.

Negative: So far I have no issues with Pumble since it's very easy and reliable to use. No technical issues at all. I have been using it for 6 months now and I can really say it's running smooth.

Summary: Overall, I am satisfied with Pumble. It suits my needs for communication between team members. Given more time, it can mature into a great product.

Positive: It's really similar with Slack, however, it's cheaper, if you want to upgrade. The free plan suits the needs of most people though. Amazing SaaS.

Negative: Less theme colors, only a light and a dark theme. With the light theme, the sidebar is still dark color. It also lacks integration with other apps - for now it's only webhooks, hoping for improvement in the future.

Summary: We use Pumble every day for client check ins and when invoices are ready for check out. Easy to setup chat rooms and good UI for those who are not tech inclined.

Positive: Chat rooms are very easy to create! Inviting people to your company is simple and quick. Our company used just the free version of Pumble and it's full of features.

Negative: The limit of 8 people per chat room (on the free version mind you!) can be a bit limiting for a bigger company such as ours.
I also am unsure when another user reads or sees my messages.

Summary: Pumble has been great to use in a clinical/office setting! It's discreet, doesn't look like a gaming chat, and is extremely user-friendly.

Positive: Beyond easy to use, simple to set up, user-friendly, and all around a great design. Plus, the colors are nice and not overwhelming.

Negative: We have a fairly large clinic that uses Pumble and haven't been able to add more than 8 users at a time to our chats...Aside from that, it's been a wonderful asset! (Free Version)

Summary: My experience is really great with this application as I use it daily and this application is really amazing.

Positive: Great and very user friendly application where messages can shared instantly.
We can also come to know who is online.

Negative: Only and only cons is we cannot shared voice message.

Positive: I like that Pumble is very easy to use. very easy to navigate through different channels. it is not confusing at all to use. Everything is in good spots so you don't lose anything you need.

Negative: i have not found anything i disliked using Pumble.

We can reply on someone's message in a channel, that is amazing feature.

Negative: We don't come to know whether the message is seen or not.
Voice message cannot be sent. That feature should be added.

Summary: My overall is experience with Pumble is best so far and would highly recommend this one especially to Virtual Assistants out there. It is hassle free and no issues at all. Runs smooth and best for daily use.

Positive: I've been using Pumble for more than a month now and so far so good. There's no crashing, loading or error with pumble and that what makes our "team office messenger" easier to communicate especially for me as a Virtual Assistant.

We have plenty of Virtual Assistants and it's easier to :

1. Search names if you want to do direct messages to a specific person.
2. Save Items, insert file, channel browser (it's like searching for a group chat) Threads etc.
3. Create Work space and Work space that you can upgrade your storage intended for files/saved files etc. and you can also use pumble through your phone.
4. You can screen share, you also have 10gb workspace if you want to upgrade your work space and customizable sidebar.
5. They also have a customer support/customer service rep.

As for now I am currently using it for free and it's less hassle for me since I don't have to add people to a social media account just to communicate.

Negative: As for now I did not encounter any issues with Pumble for more than a month of using it so I can't tell if I have any problem with it or something I don't like.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoy using Pumble, and am currently using it almost everyday to communicate with teammates on projects and assignments. It helps smooth the workflow in the office without having to make a phone call for small tasks/issues.

Positive: I really enjoyed the ease of installation and setup in the office. It was as simple as making an account, running the installer, and signing in before it was all set up for my teammates.

Negative: Could use some more customization options to personalize the theme of the pages, and more options when making groups/channels.

Summary: Overall I would like to mention that, this application helps people to connect easily, even have group chats and day to day updates. I think everyone should use this application and this is very helpful in corporate. Thank you Pumble.

Positive: It is very easy to use, I love its features, they are quite basic but handy. I like the design of this application, It looks attractive. As a user I can say i am a happy user. I switched to Pumble from other applications. I also suggested my friends to use Pumble to connect easily with friends.

Negative: I don't see any flaw, but I am looking for what Pumble can do more. I like new updates in applications.

Summary: Pumble is all about giving users a good and unique experience which its competitor lacks and on top of that It's support system is also very good.
In short it is very Reliable and Top performance.

Positive: I like everything about Pumble specially its feature like Unique Emoji of User, Creating personal channel, to do list within app, All DM feature where everyone can message at a same place and last but not the least File browser where You can find all the documents which make it different from its competitor.

Negative: There is a cliche that everything has a room for improvement but for Pumble I don't find it's correct But I am looking for even more effective user experience. Let's hope Pumble do it for its users in next update.
