Minimizing to system tray (on CTRL + minimize always or directly on startup). Icons can be customized. When a bell signal has been received, the icon blinks to indicate that the tray icon is being minimized. Window transparency can be configured. URL hyperlinking, portability. Optionally stores session configuration in files (for instance, on a USB drive). Access to the 'always-on top' setting (in system menu) is easy. Android adb support. Use the command line to load sessions from files. When the registry contains no sessions, it automatically selects'sessions form file'. Now built against PuTTy 1.61, you get features like Windows 7 Jumplist or Aero support. Executables signed now should make IE less annoyed. No code changes.
