Provision Map Description
Nearly three quarters (74%) say that SENCOs don’t have enough time or resources to ensure that students on SEN (Special Educational Needs) Support can access the support they need. Only 34% of those who said they would be in the position in five years' time, however, a third (34%) said that they did not intend to. Half of those who said they wouldn’t be there (49%) cited work pressure, while 45% blamed a shortage of funds for SEN (Special Educational Needs). Provision mapping does not have to be a nightmare.
