Proplanner Description

Many clients have Assembly Planner import their eBOM from PDM/PLM. This is accompanied by an Engineering Change Order that contains important details about the change. The assembly engineer can then reconcile the eBOM with any existing mBOM (if there is one) to determine the next steps and shop floor instructions, tooling and logistics. These changes are often made within the context of multiple Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs) that define the Effective Date, Series or Serial numbers for which the change will be effective. Once the mBOM and OP data have been reconciled in Assembly Planner, this information is published to ERP, Logistics, and Shop Floor MES/Andon. The diagram shows Proplanner solutions in blue with ERP and PDM integrations in yellow.
