Princity Description

Princity allows you to instantly check the cost of printing as well as the number of pages printed for each printer at any customer. Princity automatically generates reports that you can use to issue invoices to your customers. You can monitor all printers by installing a small program on a single computer in the client's network. The application detects printers on the client's network automatically. The system will serve which devices according to the operator's preferences. The system cycles through the data and notifies the operator when there are ending materials or failures. It then generates reports.

    Summary: A refreshing platform with simplicity & efficiency in mind, although fairly new in the marketplace, the software engineers churn out a really good quality product.

    Positive: Incredibly easy to setup & configure, very well written code, cloud based and it just works!

    ISO27001 certified giving customers complete 360 degree view of their entire print / copy & scan environment.

    Negative: There is very little not to like & do not see any cons other than DCA support does not cover embedding all existing OEM brands.
