The software includes a comprehensive selection of reports and options for data exports. You can easily export timekeeping records to platforms like Quickbooks, ADP, Paychex, Microsoft Excel, dbase, and CSV text files. If you require a specific report that isn't readily available, the report script engine allows you to create custom reports. Additionally, all modifications to files are meticulously logged, enabling administrators or managers to review changes, including which fields were altered, who made the changes, and the timestamps of those modifications. Power Clock can also be set to automatically deduct lunch or break times if an employee forgets to clock out. Furthermore, if an employee remains clocked in for too long, Power Clock has the capability to automatically clock them out after a designated period or once a set number of hours has elapsed. The software features adaptable Security Profiles, allowing each menu command, report, and functionality to be tailored according to individual employee permissions.
