Negative: I wish Post Affiliate Pro was able to integrate into more tools such as Zapier.

Summary: Good for the price but make use of the 24/7 support as it is difficult to change things. Best price out there.

Positive: Their customer service is fantastic. Overall, it's a little hard to use but does what you need it to.

Negative: No dashboards to see affiliate commissions clearly.

Negative: Tech support isn't needed much but when it is, they do not have live voice answering. However, they do offer live chat and are also pretty prompt in responding to emails.

Summary: Solid tool for managing affiliate programs once set up. It handles tracking, commissions, and partner management well.

Positive: Handles affiliate tracking well with flexible commission options. Support is responsive and helpful. Good set of features for managing partners and campaigns.

Negative: Interface feels dated and not very intuitive at first. Setup can be confusing without reading through docs.

Positive: I must say that I was surprised by the ease and comfortability. This is one system that you will love to power up because of its ease of use.

Negative: No complaints. This is all anyone could have ever hoped for in a SaaS.

Summary: Overall, very pleased with PAP. It is a huge improvement over our last system and I can't see us ever changing with the regular updates, great support, and enough features to last a lifetime.

Positive: The support team is the main reason we moved to PAP. When you need help they are just there to assist 24/7.

With all the features of PAP things are rolling in a mostly automated fashion. We feel more confident in PAP automating this compared to our previous affiliate system where we found ourselves spending a lot of time auditing things more because it just couldn't get it right.

Negative: With so many features and a somewhat dated admin area design it is a little hard to get around at first. It takes some getting used to.

Filters are set per affiliate admin so when onboarding new affiliate administrators you have to explain the ideal affiliate & commission filters to get onboarded with our processes. It'll be nice to have the ability to set global filters to avoid mistakes/confusion etc.

Summary: It's been around for a while, and I think that's what makes it a solid affiliate program software with lots of features and functionalities. We are still happy with our choice.

Positive: I particularly like their great customer support which was such a great help when setting everything up and navigating the details.

Negative: Some settings are not intuitive to find and there's a bit of clicking involved to get the job done.

Negative: Nothing much so far, there are lots of features and I doubt will use them all. However what I worked with is intuitive and automated.

Positive: As stated in the title, post affiliate pro is quite efficient and cost effective. Vast majority of my team members are extremely satisfied as software makes it easy to control business processes.
You want to add team member with different permissions? it is easy.
You want to automate almost everything? doable.
Overall we are quite satisfied and would recommend this software to anyone who plans to run own affiliate network.

Negative: I would say having payment gateway integrated would make big difference.

Quite nice features and plugins, with multi currency support. I like the fact that integration with popular content management systems is very easy.

Negative: I would be very happy if payment gateway integration was possible for cases when merchant want to top up balance by card.

Positive: As noted in title it is quite powerful and versatile software. It is easy to operate it without geographical boundaries. Me and my team are very satisfied.

Negative: I would say learning curve. However it is to be expected from such a complex software. After a few days, everyone would be able to operate it like a pro.
