Summary: Let's just say I have tried a couple of affiliate tracking companies and Post Affiliate Pro is the first company where it was smooth sailing from the start. I have not had one affiliate come back saying the person they referred was not credited to their profile, this is a huge relief for me as having upset affiliates in my industry is not good for business.

Positive: Best tracking software in comparison.
Incredibly affordable in comparison to the other platforms I was investigating.
Easy system to use.
Happy Affiliates all round.

Negative: Emailing from the platform are a little too difficult to navigate.

Summary: I have seen cheaper but I haven’t seen better. I’d recommend this if it is in your budget, for sure.

Positive: It has been straight forward and user friendly. It is very customizable. The help has been speedy and really good. The export to PayPal mass pay is a huge timesaver.

Negative: Price- I have the most expensive version and it is pricey.

Summary: My overall experience has been absolutely excellent. It is a comprehensive affiliate software platform.

Positive: Customer service is my favourite part of Post Affiliate Pro ..... they go over and above! Fast response time and are always more than happy jump in and help. I have been a needy client, and I have asked for so much help from them and they have supported and helped me every step of the way.

Negative: Post Affillaite Pro does seem a little techy for me, but having said that support has stepped in and sorted it all for me.

Summary: I've been a Post Affiliate Pro user from 10 years and have integrated the solution for at least 5 brands. Very good tech, well worth it specially if you're dealing with influencers with high amount of traffic.

Positive: Great alternative tracking methods (IP + cookie + email address).
Updated integration with latest shopping carts.
Great analytics tools for affiliates and merchants alike.

Negative: I wish I could find any cons here. Except that custom domain setup is a little difficult technically. Would be nice to get that out of the box.

Summary: Would buy again and will recommend to others. It is well worth the investment if affiliate marketing is going to be a part of your business.

Positive: Their support helped me get up and running. LOVE that they set it up for you. That gave me so much confidence in the system actually working.

Negative: I wouldn't call it the easiest system in the world, but what you give up in simplicity you can in power and features.

Summary: The customer service representatives are always available and always work to provide a solution. Thanks guys.

Positive: Love this software. Customizable, tons of features, easy to use, integrates with a lot of major apps and platforms.

Negative: Only thing I would say is that the platform is a little dated. Hopefully they will update it soon.

Summary: Over the experience of using PAP has been great. The ease of use, reliability and cost make an attractive combination that is hard to resist.

Positive: Three things stand out to me after using Post Affiliate Pro (PAP) for 3+ years. 1) The ease of use is just incredible. Not just for the developer setting up the code in the beginning but esp for non-technical marketing people to pick up the tool and immediately start using it to build out your affiliate program. This is esp helpful for the affiliate themselves, as they need to access their 'affiliate dashboard' to get their referral + earning data. 2) After extensive testing by our team, we can confidently say that the data generated by PAP is reliable and has a good trust and confidence standing in the community of merchants and affiliates. 3) For the cost of less than $100, it is more than covered from the affiliate earnings. In no-time you are able to set up your affiliate program and reliably introduce an additional source of revenue for your business.

Negative: Maybe the UI needs some upgrading. But that's a personal preference.

Summary: Every tool within LiveAgent is easy to use and the software provides you with peace of mind. I believe all companies need this software as it is easy to tell which ones do not have something to keep track of work/previous contacts.

Positive: Easy for us to communicate effectively to all of our clients and dashboard keeps track of all work.
The SupportTicket/LiveChats we have also keep a record of previous contact from clients which is helpful if they contact us mutiple times and also for agent productivity and review to ensure work quality.

Negative: There are no real cons to this product. Signing up is easy.

Summary: Really good helpful team. I am not that technologically minded and they are always very patient with me.

Positive: Tech team are great for helping me resolve issues and set up (especially as I am not good at tech)
They are really patient.
Our affliates much prefer this new automated scheme to the manual one we had before and making payments is a breeze.

Negative: Email formatting could be better, doesn't always attach the images and not that user friendly.

Summary: Very happy with our decision to choose this software over 2 others we compared.

Positive: This software was just what we needed for our affiliate program for bloggers. The interface and features seemed overwhelming at first, but their customer service is available almost 24/7 and not only walked us through setup, but implemented setup for us as well. We weren't willing to let the Post Affiliate team install code to our website for proprietary reasons, but they had the documentation that provided everything our company's IT team needed to do it in-house. Great support and a great software overall!

Negative: Interface and features are a little complicated- the tutorial videos don't answer every question but luckily their support team does!

Summary: So far we are very satisfied with the provided options, features and the support we received. We recommend Post Affiliate Pro to our partners and fellow affiliates that we meet at several conferences that we like to attend.

Positive: The software allows us to manage our affiliates with ease. At the begininng we had some small issues, however, they were quickly resolved by the customer support team of the company. The tool is accurate and has a lot of powerful features.

Negative: As mentioned previously, we had issues with the proper integration of the tool with the rest of our software package. However, once we approached the customer support team they were helpful and resolved the problems in a quick manner.

Summary: We consider Post Affiliate Pro as very useful tool to manage our whole network of merchants and affiliates. It was easy to implement, set up and manage. We would recommend it to everyone, who is looking for the great performance ratio (features vs money).

Positive: We love that Post Affiliate Pro integrates literally with every software that we use in our company. It was easy to implement and integrate into our existing infrastructure. The SplitCommissions feature, which is kinda unique, helps us to distribute the commissions properly among more affiliaties. Last thing that we appreciate is that the suppor team has been always very helpful, no matter what time of the days we approached them.

Negative: The mobile apps are the worst part of our experience. So bad, that we even stopped using it and we rely solely on the desktop app, which is on the other hand extremely powerful.

Summary: Overall, I like using the tool, and I feel it provides great value for the price. Would recommend Post Affiliate Pro to others.

Positive: Integration with e-commerce platforms has been great. I thought it would be a challenge, but it turned out that integration was quite easy. There is a large variety of commission options, affiliate setup, and tracking options available. Reports and dashboards are also quite good. Affiliates get their own dashboard, which is also quite useful.

Negative: Because there are so many options available, it can be quite intimidating at first setup. But the support team is quite helpful, and one can usually figure their way out. The interface is a bit dated, but does the job.

Summary: Using Post Affiliate Pro allows for our affiliates to have a back office to feel more involved in the company. They have enjoyed having one place to log in to and get a lot of useful tools and information.

Positive: I enjoy the reports I can make as an admin as well as the reports our affiliates can make in their affiliate accounts.

Negative: I wish Post Affiliate Pro was able to integrate into more tools such as Zapier.

Summary: Good for the price but make use of the 24/7 support as it is difficult to change things. Best price out there.

Positive: Their customer service is fantastic. Overall, it's a little hard to use but does what you need it to.

Negative: No dashboards to see affiliate commissions clearly.
