Summary: Overall I am very satisfied, it is a turnkey system and you have fully functional affiliate marketing software. Also their customer service is just great.

Positive: Quite powerful software, has a long list of really useful features. What I like in particular, is the fact that every possible aspect of a software is automated, and it saves lots of time.

Negative: I would tweak some features a little but, but it does not affect overall performance.

Summary: I had a good experience and would recommend this company to my clients and colleagues if it made sense to their goals and objectives.

Positive: Very affordable, has every feature you would want or need to deploy an affiliate marketing strategy. Their support is also very accommodating and will help ensure that your system is launched on time.

Negative: Since we are only using this for sales (non marketing personnel) we just wish there were more features and an experience for people using the platform for commission and sales team management.

Summary: Love it and this has taken us to the next level. Once an affiliate sees the back office and the ability to sign up with ease and track their info its a done deal.

Positive: After its all set up it looks so custom that your clients and affiliates think you made it just for them.

Negative: Little hard to get set up and requires quite a bit of technical know-how.

Summary: Suitable for small and large businesses. Post Affiliate Pro is a relatively inexpensive way to attract more people. For example, if you have a new business in a relatively new field, you can use Post Affiliate Pro to great advantage. You can create a transparent and fair marketing network that is beneficial to both parties.

Positive: Post Affiliate Pro has excellent support. Over time, they have improved and provide solid customer support in case of problems. They responded quickly and so far have solved all our problems. There may be more languages
English, but the effect is still very good. I can say that the customer support staff is very experienced.

Negative: The price is too expensive, especially for small affiliate programs like us with less than 200 affiliates and less than 50 sales per month. There should be a package for small and medium sized affiliates.

Summary: Overall very satisfied and we will continue using this software for our partner program. It makes signing on new partners very easy.

Positive: Ease of explaining how it works to potential partners. Once they see the PAP platform, they are eager to sign up. Very straightforward to use for the end user. The support is also good and very responsive.

Negative: Set up can be confusing, and the landing page editor could be improved.

Summary: We have been using PostAffiliatePro for our Affiliate Programs for quite a long time and are very satisfied. We highly recommend them!

Positive: The tracking system is working perfectly, recording all sales and clicks from affiliates. The support team is also great, always answering fast, being helpful, and understanding any issue you may encounter.

Negative: The dashboard is not very user-friendly and could be a bit improved, but that's the only minor downside.

Summary: Nice tool, easy to use! We tried several solutions, including building an affiliate network from scratch, but eventually chose to work with Post Affiliate Pro.

Positive: We searched for software that could match all of our wishes. Including having affiliates for our affiliate program. We are paid for each transaction by one of our partners, and our affiliates will get some of it when they attributed to this transaction. That was pretty complex to set up because it is not a standard functionality. Post Affiliate Pro was the only solution that could serve this function.

Negative: The User interface was not too friendly when we started using the software. But it is improved big time!

Summary: With them we were able to create a very complex system by integrating different platforms.

Any other solution would have cost us much more to develop the APIs.

Positive: At Post Affiliate Pro we appreciated the availability and professionalism of the team during the trial phase, during the set up, and what not least, especially during use.

The team is always available 24/7 and sometimes, in the middle of the night (Italian time), we have managed to solve even complex problems thanks to their technical support.

The great versatility and the amount of features available allow you to take advantage of their software even for things they have not foreseen, this is extraordinary.

Negative: We didn't have any problems or things that we didn't like. If we find it later we will update the review.

Negative: No product catalog, no provision of having some basic pages like Contact Us.

Summary: In total PAP offers the most important standard tools to set up a professional tracking for a partner. Due to the various possibilities (which are, thank god, redundant) to integrate and implement tracking, you get a very robust tracking system. Due to the detailed log, errors can be quickly detected and corrected or solved together with the customer service.

Positive: As the technical person responsible for the integration I think the biggest PRO is the comprehensive documentation and tips for the first setup. Also big pluses are the multiple monitoring options and finally the very friendly and quick to help customers support.

Negative: If something had to change or is a CON, i would say it is the often somewhat complex menu system, which needs some time to learn and get by.

Summary: The promised functionality is kept. PAP is and remains the go-to tool for click tracking. Due to the regular development and plugins, new useful features are added regularly.

Positive: The ease of use and the fast support via livechat makes it really easy to get started. the relatively good customizability of the dashboards for partners also simplifies onboarding and thus ultimately revenue generation.

Negative: Originally nothing, in the meantime we are reaching the limits of the API and have to be a bit inventive here and there.

Summary: So far it is still early to post a review but they are responsive so now time will tell. We must finish the set up and test thew integration to see if indeed we are able to achieve the intended results.

Positive: It is affordable, they are quite responsive during the initial set up although we are still in process. Seems like a professional outfit.

Negative: Doesn't seem to have multi level features according to them. Some restrictions apply be sure to vent your requirement ahead of signing up.

Summary: Perfect in tracking. My affiliates don't complain that sales aren't being tracked properly. Highly customizable according to your needs and functions are really many, and it integrates perfectly via code or through different cms and apps.
Highly recommended.

Positive: I have been using it for several years, top service.

Summary: Let's just say I have tried a couple of affiliate tracking companies and Post Affiliate Pro is the first company where it was smooth sailing from the start. I have not had one affiliate come back saying the person they referred was not credited to their profile, this is a huge relief for me as having upset affiliates in my industry is not good for business.

Positive: Best tracking software in comparison.
Incredibly affordable in comparison to the other platforms I was investigating.

Negative: Emailing from the platform are a little too difficult to navigate.
