Summary: I have had a delightful experience with PlanetSpark. They helped my daughter get rid of her inhibitions. I could see visible changes in her attitude when facing a group of people or when expressing her mind out! With their individual programs they made sure to foster to her specific needs and also advanced according to her learning speed. Also, the team was always supportive for any assistance required from their end. Kudos team PlanetSpark. Highly recommended parents!

Negative: So far i have never experienced any cons in this platform. They are delivering their product well.

Summary: I would recommend PlanetSpark to other parents as well. Now, it’s been 10 months and I am a proud parent as I can see my child speaking like a leader and ready to debate anytime.

Positive: I enrolled my kid in month of June’22 for Public speaking classes. Teacher was well qualified and she was able to generate confidence in my kid. Now, it’s been 10 months and I am a proud parent as I can see my child speaking like a leader and ready to debate anytime.

Negative: None as of now. Have enrolled my kid for almost a year now. There are one off instances of the customer care being not available/unresponsive but that got resolved quickly.

Summary: Overall, experience is good. My child is engaged and learning new things. Teacher has established a good rapport with my child and he is enjoying every bit of it. There is always an option to hold classes whenever we are going for any vacation or exams have started.

Positive: I am a father to a 11 year child and enrolled him into PlanetSpark last year.
Pros-

Negative: None. I am a satisfied parent and would recommend PlanetSpark to other parents as well.

Summary: I have enrolled my son in planet spark and they provide good public speaking classes. They provide live one on one classes that is really helpful for my kid. The thing that, I like the most is time flexibility and one on one classes.
Sometimes we face network issues at our end. But teacher rescheduled the classes.

Summary: Classes are good and the teacher is very good. they interact with us and help my daughter in practice.

Positive: I enrolled my daughter, in planet spark a few months ago, and I am starting to see growth in her personality. I really liked the live interactive session provided by them. And the teacher is very good and supportive.

Negative: Sometimes there is a network issue but teachers cover all the topic.

Summary: Overall it was an overwhelming experience. From the start with the teacher and the classes, everything went well.

Positive: My son really enjoyed PlanetSpark courses and everything was smooth. The teacher was the main find with this course as my son is really fond of her. Classes were good and my son has taken part in lot of debate competitions.

Negative: Timing issue was the only con but my son managed to attend these classes.

Summary: Overall everything is good I enjoyed using this platform, don't have any sort of complaints regarding it.

Positive: Excellent platform for teachers like me, who want to balance their life responsibilities and also at the same time get the job satisfaction of imparting learning. Feel privileged to be a teacher especially when I see the transformation in my students and get kudos from the parents.

Negative: Nothing as such just the content quality can be better.

Summary: Very good, definitely recommend, great for children if they are scared of speaking in public or something.

Positive: Nice for children of age 4-12. Boosts confidence of children. My son is 7 years and he speaks very fluently. I would recommend for parents to enroll their child in this as English is very important nowadays.

Negative: Nothing as such everything is great. Teachers are very good.

Summary: Overall it is a good experience, my child is loving the classes and getting better at speaking English.

Positive: I have a 7 year old son Aryan. We took the course for him 1 month ago, he has attended 10 classes so far and he is very invested. The activities given by teachers are very interactive. Aryan’s teacher is Ms Ritu she is very nice and very fluent in English.

Negative: The content quality can be improved. The classes are interactive and everything is good so far.

Summary: Deepanjali is very happy and we felt that PlanetSpark not only helps in public speaking, but also helps in building confidence, now our daughter is participating in every school activity as well.

Positive: We have enrolled with PlanetSpark 2 months ago and the teacher, Ms Shivani Singh is very helpful, our daughter Deepanjali, is very comfortable with the teacher and enjoy her classes. We have taken 20 classes so far, and till now we are not facing any problem.

Negative: The curriculum should be offline too. We are not finding any problem so far.

Summary: My son Kriyansh had a very good experience. He never used to talk in English in public. Now, he takes part in competitions.

Positive: - excellent teacher

- practice classes are helpful
- lots of features like sparkX, blog etc

Negative: - no app - it would have been good to have an app where i could see my child's classes
- only chat support is there

Summary: Everything that planet spark is giving is a frustrating resolution.

Fake oral promises but unfair written conditions which we they encourage people to accept with sugar coated words.

Once you get to know the poor quality service given there will be no refund policy. Just waste your time sitting in the sessions and continue to pay the EMIs.

They are such a fraud people no mercy on the hard earned money of the poor people. They should be banned without any mercy for looting people's money with fake promises.

Positive: Nothing.
Can't even give a single good thing about PlanetSpark.
They are sweet at the beginning once you enrolled everything changes.

Negative: Fake oral promises.
Unfair written conditions.
No refund policy.
If agreed for refund they through the coins after deducting 99% of the money with their own created logics.
Trouble makers by calling to talk same without giving any acceptable resolution.

Summary: Total fraud.

After the first demo class, they will schedule a video call and they'll force you to take up the classes with discounts applicable only then.

They say that the course syllabus is very flexible and the content can be customized. Its totally wrong. Their committment and promises are fake. Dont trust them.

If you raise the issue initally about the syllabus content being wrong, the teachers will say to continue the classes and it will be rectified later. However they'll scam you later by saying that the money is fully non-refundable because of 5 classes (including practise classes) being completed, and its their policy to not refund anything.

The Academic Coordinator who first calls you and give you their personal contact number for any clarifications in the future, never picks up your phone again, after you pay the fees.

They are totally fake and non-trusted. Please don't fall for their scams.

We have done lots of follow-ups with many people in their company, written emails, yet we finally realized that we were scammed by the master-minds.

We are ashamed to tell that we are fooled by these crooks.

Parents, please don't trust PlanetSpark. They are here only to scam you and cheat you.

Positive: No pro's only con's.
They are masters in cheating parents.
They are expertise in manipulating the content.
Fake commitments.

Negative: Just Fraud. Don't fall for their scams.
Parents please be aware.
We are scammed. I hope others don't fall for them.

Summary: Won't recommend to anyone. Lost my 3000$ :(

Positive: No pros, only cons. "Con" company.

Negative: Worst experience of online public speaking classes, lied about timings, no one gives clarity once joined, refused to give refund even though they said refund policy exists.

Summary: Worst experience. I am fighting for the refund now but they are not at all responding. Now, I have to consult lawyer to file a case against them.

Positive: No Response from the people. Once we joined they will not care about you. Don't Join in this platform. The worst platform. Just a cheating platform.

Negative: Response from them is very late. We cannot talk to them. If we Want to talk to them we have to raise a ticket or book an assured call back. But they will respond to you.
