Just the worst, stay away. Cannot cancel subscription, support useless Date: Oct 15 2023
Summary: Horrible, zero stars if I could. Stay away.
The worst customer support I've ever received. Completely dishonest business practice.Positive: In theory it's a great product, but the guys who run this company are not to be trusted. They will steal your money.
Negative: I tested out PicSnippets with their 10 day free trial. Of course, they require a credit card to sign up, but that's fine and to be expected.

Before the end of the trial I decided to cancel my subscription because it was too expensive for the amount I was using it.
Lo and behold, at the end of the trial I got billed $50, despite having cancelled my subscription.
I emailed support telling them that I'd cancelled before the end of the trial, asking for a refund. They never replied. I emailed 4 more times, but they never replied.
A month later I got billed AGAIN.
I emailed support and this time they did reply, apologising and asking for the receipts. So I sent over the receipts ($100 in total), but then never heard back from them.
I checked my account and it says I'm not on a plan, so why am I still getting billed?
The next month PicSnippets tried to bill me again for another $50.
So even though I don't have an active subscription, and I've emailed their support over 10 times now, they still keep trying to bill me.
It's a joke. Seriously, do not use this company, you literally cannot cancel your subscription!
I've never seen such poor behaviour from a company. Stay away unless you want to get billed $50 each month indefinitely.
