    Summary: Software helped our shelter tremendously to start becoming paperless. We used the software to get all our animals tracked in our shelter and used reporting to get additional funding.

    Positive: Easy to use software.
    Lots of features.
    Lots of reports for intake/outcome based reporting.
    Fast.
    Web Based.
    Pay as you go model makes it easy to use.
    New Features get added automatically.
    Support comes with subscription.

    Negative: There wasn't much we didn't like about the software.
