    Maybe ideal for just a few files "as is" transfers BUT

    Summary: Looking for free and simple file backup to ext.HDD then to laptop, reading 4-5 star reviews by magazines. Trial Jan 2023: C: & D: drives to X: drives internal should result in faster transfer than via USB/ext.HDD.
