Summary: Pepperi is an essential day to day part of our company - integral to our success. Pepperi can be highly recommended.
Positive: Pepperi is very flexible and functional. We use the product very heavily within our Sales Team as our main sales tool.
We find new staff adapt to using it very quickly.
The ability for Pepperi to run off-line was a major factor in our initial decision to install, and have been using the system since 2013.
The support team are great and have constantly strived to assist where possible.
Very happy to recommend.Negative: The system is quite complex, so a good idea to store your own internal notes and documentation for internal training and handovers to replacement admin staff.

Summary: Great tool with good customer service. The UI is clean and on the tables it's going super fast.
It's also good that the users can use it offline on a tablet.Positive: It's a great product that can adapt to ipads, android tablets and on computers as a web app.
It's quite easy to customize and to configure it and it's great to be able to configure it only in one place and that's automatically updated on all the platforms.
The customer service is nice and their technical team can do magic when you challenge them with complex customizations.Negative: I think the experience on the phone is not that good. it's easier to use on a table or on a computer.

Summary: We have been working with Pepperi for 7 years now. Great product, we use sales reps app and B2B app as our main ordering tool.
Positive: Easy configuration allowing us to move fast with the changing market.
Pepperi development teams and Support teams are service oriented, and we have good cooperation.
Pepperi develops its products according to market's demands, allowing us to have competitive advantage when implementing new abilities with our teams and customers.Negative: There has been 1 major incident where the system was down for a full day few months ago. fortunately, we have another order system we use that could give back up on that day. Pepperi did investigate and found the root cause and implemented rules to avoid issues similar in the future. But it is important to have a back up system for cases like this even if it is a day a year.

Summary: Great product, has been working fine since 2017 with little to no support needed. Support, which I've recently had to contact, has been great and were quick to determine the issues and resolve them.
Positive: Ease of use for end user. Simple interface. Little downtime since it has gone live. Integrates well with our on-prem ERP.
Negative: Administrative interface hard to navigate. Setup is not simple.

Positive: Pepperi Application and backend is very easy to use and always get a professional support if there are any questions or issues.
Negative: There is no Login History of the user. Sometimes it would be good to have an overview of which user are using the app.

Summary: We feel this is a good tool for our company and sales reps, however the additional features costings are off putting and the lack of support prior to dealing with Almog was disappointing. We are happy to continue working through adapting this tool to our needs based on the support level we are now receiving from Almog. Hopefully this level is represented across the support team moving forward.
Positive: The service and support offered by Almog has been amazing and has elevated our confidence in the product. The support prior to Almog was mediocre and inconsistent questioning our continuation with the product. Almog is a superstar and goes above and beyond to assist us.
Negative: Lack of support previously and pricing of additional features.

Summary: Amazing system that we would recommend to partners and other companies anytime! Brought our sales operations and B2B portal to the next level! We save a lot of time during day to day operations.
Positive: Very solid feature set out of the box. Anything else can be customized exactly to the requirement and business workflows.
Very knowledgeable and motivated developer team at Pepperi, was a joy to work with them during implementation and when adding new features.
The iPaaS platform can be used to synchronize all data with backend systems / web apis (2-way). Webhooks are supported as well.
All views can be customized as desired.
Very stable platform with next to no downtime.Negative: The system is very powerful and offers a lot of features. Developer support is recommended during setup!

Summary: Pepperi is a robust and agile product with a broad offering of features. It integrates well to most ERPs and is highly configurable, and can be deployed relatively quickly.
Positive: - Configurability with no-code for every imaginable business logic need.
- Changes in the backend instantly get pushed to all devices (iOS, Android, Web) no need to deploy a different logic for each device
- Consolidates all channels into one platform (Sales, Ecommerce, DSD, etc.)

Summary: As i wrote before, I really love the service that i get from Shahar, he really tries to help me.
We have 2 systems and sometimes the cooperation between them "collapses" and he really tries to help even if it means holding a conference with the other party in order to find a solution and provide good service.Positive: We receive good service from our agent - Shahar, he helps me all the time with his availability, his answers, and his solutions. I really love it.
Negative: The response time for receiving a quote / approval / work process could be more efficient.

Summary: Overall a really positive experience, I was able to have hands on, one on one training to further customise our site. Support has been excellent.
Positive: Customers able to login in themselves to place orders, able to customise the look to our business branding, very modular so easy to manage once trained up, very good with their support and training, lots of information on hand.
Negative: Its not very out of the box, some of the things we needed/wanted are additional add-on costs over our subscription.
