Summary: They should absolutely go for it. No second thoughts. The biggest asset is that the team building the app are truly invested in solving the problem and have researched and put in a lot of thought. That's reflective in the ease of use and adoption of the product.
Positive: The simple, no nonsense approach. The fact that you can access it through slack... it cannot get easier than that! That's the best part and why it is easy to work with especially for a tech product company! Aside their simplicity, the team. Phenomenal sense of ownership. If they say they will deliver on a certain date I don't have to ever second guess them! I've never felt so comfortable working with a third party team knowing that both in terms of quality and timeline they hit the ball out of the park :)
Negative: Actually even the gaps which of course are aspects you find as you start working on a tool is something they address without any delay. Other than being forthcoming they are also forthright in what they can and can't. However the best part is if they see a business case they are very keen on making things happen! So downsides if any, are addressed by either being proactive or prompt in fixing them!
