    Summary: I don't think we would use Pardot if we didn't have Salesforce. Great for companies looking to automate email messages and control communications with those emails. Pardot can be used for new leads and existing contacts in Salesforce, which is really practical. Good for handling types / collecting information from your website directly into the data you can put in front of the sales group. The data you have in Salesforce needs to be clean before it can be integrated - information nightmares can easily occur, as well as replicating contacts in abundance.

    Positive: In my company, Pardot is one of the main advertising automation tools. We organize campaigns with Pardot, sending emails instantly to potential customers as well as customers. It is generally used by the advertising and marketing team, however, as a salesperson, I use Pardot to see when emails are being sent to potential customers, who opened emails, clicked on emails, downloaded and installed forms, etc. .     Summary: You may want to look at other options as well first. It is simply the tool we use for email marketing. This helps us to automate points that would otherwise be uncomfortable to do manually. I haven't used any kind of alternative platform, so I'm not sure if I can talk about how it faces rivals, however, because our fundamental email advertising and marketing automation require that it definitely get the job done.

    Positive: I like that Pardot is seamlessly incorporated into Salesforce and also has a simple user interface that is usually quite easy to determine. Most of the time when I set up a project on Pardot, I enjoy the mindset of defining and neglecting, as I trust the system to keep my custom projects running, even without proactively taking notice of them. This makes lead nutrition much simpler, as well as much more uncomplicated.

    Negative: I want better support to make use of the program. Whenever I can't find the points, it seems that I end up looking through the assistance reports 5 before finding an answer. I want to have a much better assistance to make use of the program. That said, the support team is very active, and if you're willing to spend time and energy digging up the best sources, you can probably find the answer you're looking for.
