Summary: We really enjoy using PandaDoc. It offers a comprehensive suite of document management and automation tools, including templates, signature requests, collaboration features, and more.
One negative which applies to most SaaS platforms is always pricing when scaling.Positive: The templates make it easy to create professional-looking documents, the ability to integrate with a wide range of third-party applications is also really good, it makes it easy to manage documents within our existing workflow.
Negative: The UI & UX is good, but the interface can be confusing and difficult to navigate.

Summary: Great for anyone who needs e-signatures on a daily or weekly basis for proposals, or authorizations. It has an easy initial start-up and pricing scales with your business.
Positive: PandaDoc makes digital e-signatures easy and affordable. It was easy to set up and the free tier makes initial commitment a breeze.
Negative: It tends to get lost in the spam when being sent off. I believe you can pay more to ensure this doesn't happen, but seems like it should be a given.

Negative: Saved fields could be easier to manage, so we extract repeatable entries in contracts.

I Love PandaDoc Date: May 24 2022
Summary: My overall experience has been fantastic! I needed to talk to customer service once, and they were helpful and accommodating and quickly solved the problem for me. I'm sold on PandaDoc and tell my colleagues about it.
Positive: PandaDoc is easy to use and user-friendly. I like that I can always go back and get a previously signed document. I like the official certificate at the end when it is all signed. It's a little thing but sure does help when presenting the document to the judge. I like the emails that are sent to me as each person views and signs the document and I appreciate that the email addresses that I've typed in a stored so that I don't have to type each email in again for some of the same parties that I need signatures for several times in a row.
Negative: Sometimes mistakes happen, and an email address is typed in incorrectly. I wish there were a way to go back and change the email address once it is discovered instead of creating the document all over again. That is my only concern.

Summary: A great value for your budget. Plans available to meet your growing needs. And they are continually improving the platform.
Positive: Ease of use, full featured with great support. We specifically like the content library as it helps save countless hours during document creation.
Negative: Support does not seem to be consolidated into a fully robust environment sometimes things fall through the cracks.

Summary: This has been a great blessing for the tedious nature of my work. We have to document and get high volume of signatures or initials on legal documents on a daily basis. This was extremely stressful in the past due to scheduling multiple meetings with clients. But with PandaDoc, I can get 10 times more work done on an average day, thanks to it's convenience.
Positive: Convenience for me and my clients, no need to meet in person.
Ease of use.
User friendly design.
Ability to make flexible modifications and how easily it caters to different needs.
Automated reminder features, saves a ton of remainder calls and time.Negative: Nothing so far, always learning a new feature every week.

Summary: Very beneficial for e-signatures and going paperless. Documents stay confidential. Users sign a signature agreement sheet agreeing that the signature is valid.
Positive: If you have used an email address previously, it will pre-populate when typing it again. You can also send reminder emails to people when waiting on responses. Making items mandatory is helpful. Emails keeping up with the status of the document are also helpful.
Negative: On the basic version, you cannot edit a document or change an email address. You would have to completely start over. This is time consuming.

Summary: PandaDoc makes e-signing really simple. We looked at several possible solutions for document management and PandaDoc was a clear winner for their balance of features and price.
Positive: PandaDoc has made our contracting process much faster! I particularly appreciate how easy it is to create a template with customizable fields to make it really simple to send the same document/contract repeatedly. You can customize how frequently reminder emails are sent, and it's easy to download the completed document (or search for it later). It also integrates with HubSpot which helps make our tracking really easy across teams.
Negative: There isn't much to not like! If I had to pick out a couple things it would be that the overall interface can be a bit slow to load, and the main dashboard design isn't my favorite. But neither of those things are a real problem!

Summary: After using multiple applications to collect customer signs, PandaDoc appears to be best user friendly and simple application. Client confidentiality, easy to upload and send documents are the best features compare to other signing application. Yes it is cost effective as well.
Positive: Confidential, easy to use, simple, cost effective. The best of all it is digital signing compliant.
Negative: At times client did not receive the signing invitation as the mail ends up in spam folder. New documents required to upload each time if there is any error in the document. Client email can not be changed if it was incorrect, again new documents need to be created.
