Summary: Not really something I would go back to if I have other options. It should be a lot easier and more intuitive to use.
Positive: Nice for mobile and convenient... if you have an account already set up and prepared. Not a lot to say otherwise.
Negative: Needed an account to sing a document. Is very buggy and kinda hard to use. Documents don't import properly.

Summary: PandaDoc is, overall, a useful software that does more than just create proposals and send them to clients, it works as a tool that keeps you updated throughout every step of the proposal lifecycle, from the creation and the very first idea to the completion of the proposal and the collection of signatures from the client. It is a very integrated software that aligns with the right path to create versatile proposals that attract the client and combine modernity with professionalism, I have been integrating with many other softwares that it supports and the rhythm of the workflow has been amazing because we are able to streamline the entire process and keep track of all the little details that often go missing, and because of the payment integrations, clients are able to complete the payment process directly from the email and so the process is so much faster than having to go through every step via email.
Positive: PandaDoc is a creative and influential software that completes the tasks wonderfully and skillfully. It is able to create multiple proposals that are professional looking and don't leave any questions out in the air, the proposals are very detailed and they are made to provide the client with something that is professional and convinces them. It has many templates that are already included in the program, and these work very well, but additionally, they are very customizable and it allows for any additional information to be added, as well as any information not needed to be extracted from the proposal. I have been using the templates that it provides and they work really well to create proposals and send them over to clients, it is a very quick way to complete this task in a very short time and it is not done badly, on the contrary, it is better than creating the template from scratch which takes much more time. I also like that the templates include automatic reminders that can be customized to keep in contact with the client, it makes it easier to follow up with any answers to the questions they might have, and it makes it easier to complete any deals. The notifications that it provides on the mobile applications are also a life-saver, they are delivered at the exact time and allow me to view different details about the proposals that have been sent, if they have been opened, interacted with, completed, and more, it is very convenient to stay up to date with the status of a proposal during the day with these notifications, so that we can except the client to give a response or complete the proposal after it has been viewed, it is a smart software that facilitates the workflow.
Negative: There are a few points that I want to talk about when it comes to the cons of using PandaDoc, firstly, it is a bit pricey, it can be very expensive depending on the amount of proposals and esignatures that the business has to complete during the month, and as needs grow, so does the price of PandaDoc, I would say that their pricing options are not very convenient. Secondly, I have experienced certain issues when using PandaDoc to send out the proposals, it turns out that they sometimes get sent to the spam folder of clients, which becomes a problem because it does not make the communication between business and client very efficient, and it takes a longer time because the client tends to check their primary inbox because the email should be there and not in the spam folder, it is something that PandaDoc needs to fix and put as a priority.

Summary: Above average. We use PandaDoc all day and I really do like it. It can use a little bit of tweaking.
Positive: - Saves paper!

- FreeNegative: - when you "edit" a document it says it will "clear" the signature and date. It would be SUPER helpful if it has *also* said, that all other inputs will still be saved.

Summary: Overall, easy to tailor to what I needed. I really liked that I could save and comeback to my work.
Positive: Such a helpful app. They had exactly what I was looking for when I wasn't sure what to look for. Easy to search for contents that were needed.
Negative: Somethings were more American based rather than Canadian content.

Positive: This product is easy to use, reliable, and affordable.
The features are great. I love that you can create a new file or use an existing file to modify and add the needed options.Negative: The only problem I have encountered with this is that there is no initial training or review of the functions.

Summary: Overall PandaDoc is fantastic! We initially came in very skeptical and we had some bumps at the very beginning. PandaDoc went above and beyond to make things right for us and to keep us as customers. When renewal time came around, I had no time getting it approved from my upper management because they were so happy with the product and service we have received. Now, I can't speak highly enough of PandaDoc to everyone!
Positive: Customer service is A++! This company truly cares about not only their customer's happiness, but their success as well. They also offer top notch help & support available 24/7 for any questions you have on using the software. Out of all the important things a document signing service should offer, I really feel Customer Service and Support/Training are the two most important things and PandaDoc does both very well. In the Support and Training area, they have training videos, live chat, email and phone support. I always receive prompt call backs and emails. Their customer service and help/support is the best of anyone I've ever worked with. They also do quarterly check ins to help you assess how you can use PandaDoc to become more efficient and address any concerns you have with using PandaDoc. I also love the the Dashboard as I am able to see everything at a glance. They also offer fantastic audit tracking of your documents sent so you can easily see all of activity of your documents.
Negative: Only 1! Trying to modify the name and/or email of the Signer is extremely cumbersome. I wish there was an easier way to do this. That is the only negative I can think of.

Summary: Overall, this e-signature solution will fulfill most needs. Their free option is great for simple businesses and should be sufficient.
Positive: PandaDoc is an easy to use electronic signature application. In a matter of minutes you can upload a document, insert signature fields, and send it out for signature. The system will email it out directly to any email address you input. Alternatively, you can obtain a link so that you can send out an email from your address and include a link to the document needing signature.
Negative: The only con is the date is defaulted to a date field format other than Month/Day/Year and the default is one that isn't normally used. So you have to go through a few extra clicks to change the date field format to a standard DD/MM/YY or DD-MM-YY.

Summary: In short, the application is not suitable for organizations that are engaged in formulating and processing external or more elaborate contracts. However, the management of various documents such as transfers, contracts for human resources or inventory procedures the application is highly recommended and has an added value that are fully customizable.
Positive: PandaDoc has provided us with an extensive facility to manage different types of documents in a very simple way with a vast amount of templates and functions to generate contracts with employees or external services, documents for human resources or proposals to the board. Most notably, each document can be customized with the company logo or modified as required.
Negative: For companies who have functions of buying and selling products the application has certain limitations in terms of contracts. It does not provide a section to create contracts for sales to customers or purchases from suppliers. Similarly, we can not make government contracts in case you need to have agreements of some kind.

Summary: We conclude that this is a software with a good structure for processing invoices and calculations in general, so it is feasible to use it to work with budget documents. Actually, PandaDoc works in all kinds of office situations that require better mobility of content on and off the network.
Positive: The variety of documents that we can manage within PandaDoc is excellent if we need to cover a job where several documents are required at the same time, since with the PandaDoc platform we can superimpose documents to create comparisons, or to move information from one to another.
Negative: In terms of inconveniences with the use of PandaDoc, we think that there were no problems either during the testing period we had with the platform, or after acquiring it. The software is an excellent acquisition to share documents and to be able to manage everything related to our tax calculations and payments in general.

Summary: Overall PandaDoc shows good features with the handling of documents, and the electronic signature management tool is possibly the best of its kind that we have been able to deal with. We like that PandaDoc has so many mechanics when reviewing several documents in parallel, without the platform collapsing.
Positive: PandaDoc functions as a top-notch administrative system for managing online information, more specifically documents, whose formats can vary completely, but PandaDoc executes them with great ease. This service specializes in managing electronic document signatures, so that they can be seamlessly added to any document.
Negative: In contrast, PandaDoc does not provide us with a fast cloud connection system, and in any case, it does not have its own cloud in which we can store all the documents managed during the work from our account. This shortcoming makes it mandatory to have an external storage service to be able to work with PandaDoc.

Summary: This is not an option for companies where optimal use of non-internal contracts is a must. However, it offers very useful functions in terms of document management with its document assembly tools or file type conversion, and it is also very complete in its use of collaboration tools between employees.
Positive: One of the most notable advantages found within this application is the ease of management of organizational documents, including proposals, contracts, human resources documents and much more. The most useful thing to consider is the creation, stamping and tracking of electronic signatures that can be captured in the documents.
Negative: One of the most prominent disadvantages lies in its lack of features within its contract management software. It does not allow the creation of specialty or government contracts, nor does it manage contracts for sales (customers) or on the purchasing side (suppliers).

One negative which applies to most SaaS platforms is always pricing when scaling.Positive: The templates make it easy to create professional-looking documents, the ability to integrate with a wide range of third-party applications is also really good, it makes it easy to manage documents within our existing workflow.
Negative: The UI & UX is good, but the interface can be confusing and difficult to navigate.
