Summary: All in all, I would definitely recommend this product. It does most important task- creates a document on a fly. Which also can be easily edited if customer requests so.

Positive: Convenient, easy to use, responsive, accurate, informative and does not take months to learn. I am happy with it.

Negative: I would improve the more functions related to formatting. Sometimes customisations needed for the continuity within document. Fonts, margins, picture relocation/ angle adjustments(Inc. flips horizontal and vertical).

Summary: Overall we are happy with PandaDoc, unfortunately, we don't always have the time to keep up with the updates, it would be beneficial to have a workshop running through the last 6-12 months updates, so we can maximise our product.

Positive: PandaDoc is simple to use for both our company and clients, we have found an improvement in our sales rate, would highly recommend!

Negative: The auto expiry date of proposals issued to clients can be frustrating, as most of our projects are up to six months before the client requires our product, yet they are unable to open their proposal once it expires. This is a concern as they may move onto a competitors proposal rather than have to go to the trouble of contacting us so the proposal can be reissued.

Summary: As mentioned above, all pros and no cons. Love this product and will highly recommend it to any user and organization!

Positive: Love the automation and the easy access to review & approve documents and proposals! This is a must use for any organization! So glad the company changed to this new platform. PandaDoc all the way!!

Negative: Can't think of anything at this time and really enjoy using this product.

Summary: I have been very happy using the free edition available on-line. This edition fits my budget and provides me with the electronic signature service I need.

Positive: Aside from the price, (who doesn't like free?), I love the signature certificate can be printed on the back of the document...kind of like a notary stamp.
This feature allows my contracts to have the signatures authentication easily traceable.

Negative: I only use PDF documents with PandaDoc. If I find the document's content needs a revision, I go back to the original document and make the change using the initial software, re-save the document as a PDF, then re-import it into Panda-doc for electronic signature.

Summary: Very reliable, easy for customers to complete documents. The mobile app is a perfect cut of the web client and you never miss a read or signature.

Positive: We've significantly benefited from the out of the box integration with Zoho CRM, I can get a prospect a proposal or contract in just a few clicks, all the fields have been mapped from our CRM so it's very quick and efficient to get documents sent. In addition, the ability to E-mail or send a link means I can be flexible about how I get my documents to my prospects. Analytics are real-time and I know when a prospect has not completely read an agreement.

Negative: Some of the drafting features in templates are tricky to format e.g tables are not as easy to control as they would be in a programme like Word.

Summary: I am so happy with PandaDoc and everything it offers my business as a real estate agent. I have let all of my work colleagues know about and now they are using it on a daily basis and love it. PandaDoc looks and feels professional and is an asset to my business. The clients that receive the documents for signing also like the easy to navigate process and have been very impressed with everything to do with PandaDoc.
Do yourself a favour and give PandaDoc a go and you will not be disappointed.

Positive: PandaDoc enables me to quickly upload contracts, listing forms and other required documents and send to clients and buyers for easy signing. It is a very simple and easy to navigate application that saves time and money. You can send contracts to multiple buyers and have them returned, fully signed in minutes.

Negative: It would be a lot more functional being able to enter information directly to the document when in the app however there seems to be that ability in the upgraded subscription version. There really is not any other negative I can provide.

Summary: Overall I would and do recommend this software to everyone. I personally use it with three separate organizations.

Positive: Everything about this software is great, starting with the fact it’s free! And for unlimited signatures? That’s unheard of!

Negative: It would be nice if more features were included in the free plan, but so many are that it’s hard to complain.

Summary: I remember that before using PandaDoc, we had a meager rate of closed deals; we evaluated why there was this problem. We realized that many deals were left in the middle due to time, trust, and distance, so we decided to buy this software, and we increased the contracts to potential customers. PandaDoc is very efficient; you will be able to control your arrangements in a straightforward way. It is highly efficient and practical to build a new image in the business world.

Positive: PandaDoc is highly successful because it has given a very high performance in business through digital signature; it contains an excellent and professional-looking interface. The interface is straightforward and with a lot of originality in the formality. The support is excellent.

Negative: I wish you were a little more specific in describing your requirements before paying the subscription. I had to ask support about the benefits of the software in general.

Summary: Very useful for proper contract management, PandaDoc has all the essential functions that an office worker needs to keep the legality of their documentation as up to date as possible, and at the same time it has such extensive templates that all document drafting sessions have different formats.

Positive: Even while maintaining a large number of fully public templates for documents, the PandaDoc system allows the user to use self-created templates, which can be easily imported into the platform when a completely new document needs to be created. It is also possible to work with blank sheets of paper.

Negative: PandaDoc unfortunately does not have any self-help system when you need to translate a component in the text you are working with, unlike other services of greater relevance in the office market, such as Microsoft Word, which despite being only a text editor can be used in conjunction with online translators.

Summary: We really like that the PandaDoc platform is not overloaded when running multiple documents at once, and that you can import unlimited amounts of electronic signatures that are stored in some cloud without any problems, which is useful in general document signing processes (such as payroll) that require signatures from all employees.

Positive: What captivates us about PandaDoc is the ease with which we can create document designs with a predetermined base or entirely from scratch, managing to adapt them to our website by integrating these documents through cascading sheet editing programs. PandaDoc is generally good for creating and exporting documentation to any platform.

Negative: PandaDoc can be integrated with productivity improvement services, so it is possible to divide document management into different categories, allowing us to focus on specific work topics while other teams are working on other topics. On this basis we decided that there are no negative points about PandaDoc that can be exposed.

Summary: After trying many e-sign platforms finally I found PandaDoc it's just amazing. It works great for me in every aspect. I highly recommend this tool.

Positive: PandaDoc is reliable, secure and offers a centralized hub to electronically sign documents. Best solution for businesses to sign contracts from anywhere. Simple to send documents.

Negative: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Summary: For improvement of workflow management PandaDoc is the best tool. It manages workflow and documents. It gives me great automation for my work.

Positive: Best tool for the sales team to track and manage workflow. Online invoicing can also be done easily. It also comes with document indexing and archiving makes the best solution for a management tool.

Negative: I never encountered any problems with this software.

Summary: PandaDoc is, overall, a useful software that does more than just create proposals and send them to clients, it works as a tool that keeps you updated throughout every step of the proposal lifecycle, from the creation and the very first idea to the completion of the proposal and the collection of signatures from the client. It is a very integrated software that aligns with the right path to create versatile proposals that attract the client and combine modernity with professionalism, I have been integrating with many other softwares that it supports and the rhythm of the workflow has been amazing because we are able to streamline the entire process and keep track of all the little details that often go missing, and because of the payment integrations, clients are able to complete the payment process directly from the email and so the process is so much faster than having to go through every step via email.

Positive: PandaDoc is a creative and influential software that completes the tasks wonderfully and skillfully. It is able to create multiple proposals that are professional looking and don't leave any questions out in the air, the proposals are very detailed and they are made to provide the client with something that is professional and convinces them. It has many templates that are already included in the program, and these work very well, but additionally, they are very customizable and it allows for any additional information to be added, as well as any information not needed to be extracted from the proposal. I have been using the templates that it provides and they work really well to create proposals and send them over to clients, it is a very quick way to complete this task in a very short time and it is not done badly, on the contrary, it is better than creating the template from scratch which takes much more time. I also like that the templates include automatic reminders that can be customized to keep in contact with the client, it makes it easier to follow up with any answers to the questions they might have, and it makes it easier to complete any deals. The notifications that it provides on the mobile applications are also a life-saver, they are delivered at the exact time and allow me to view different details about the proposals that have been sent, if they have been opened, interacted with, completed, and more, it is very convenient to stay up to date with the status of a proposal during the day with these notifications, so that we can except the client to give a response or complete the proposal after it has been viewed, it is a smart software that facilitates the workflow.

Negative: There are a few points that I want to talk about when it comes to the cons of using PandaDoc, firstly, it is a bit pricey, it can be very expensive depending on the amount of proposals and esignatures that the business has to complete during the month, and as needs grow, so does the price of PandaDoc, I would say that their pricing options are not very convenient. Secondly, I have experienced certain issues when using PandaDoc to send out the proposals, it turns out that they sometimes get sent to the spam folder of clients, which becomes a problem because it does not make the communication between business and client very efficient, and it takes a longer time because the client tends to check their primary inbox because the email should be there and not in the spam folder, it is something that PandaDoc needs to fix and put as a priority.

Summary: Above average. We use PandaDoc all day and I really do like it. It can use a little bit of tweaking.

Positive: - Saves paper!

Negative: - when you "edit" a document it says it will "clear" the signature and date. It would be SUPER helpful if it has *also* said, that all other inputs will still be saved.
-Some areas we MUST have filled it, not just the signature and date. It would be great if those were mandatory since our students/clients skip some parts...
-loading time
-some parts are filled in on one side and not on our side. It's happening more frequently.

Summary: Overall, easy to tailor to what I needed. I really liked that I could save and comeback to my work.

Positive: Such a helpful app. They had exactly what I was looking for when I wasn't sure what to look for. Easy to search for contents that were needed.

Negative: Somethings were more American based rather than Canadian content.
