Summary: It has some shortcomings in terms of monitoring and prevention of future errors. But it does offer sufficient tools for action in the event of computer threats. It is an excellent option to have a digital training flow control in our company that can be interactive enough so that everyone can manage it.

Positive: In case bugs are encountered within our platform, PagerDuty has incident tracking system tools. With its support system that goes through our DevOps engineers, PagerDuty can resolve any bugs encountered as quickly as possible. It also has a fairly accurate real-time diagnostics system.

Negative: The application only shows you a detailed report if any failure or incident is found within our platforms. It does not provide bandwidth, server or internet usage monitoring that is stable enough to ensure that there are no problems during work. In addition, it does not have user traffic reporting.

Summary: This application can simplify the IT problems that your company may have without making a big fuss about it by offering a wide range of tools that facilitate this recovery process. However, it is so saturated with tools and options that it delays the correct exploitation of its potential.

Positive: This application through monitoring with ITOps and DevOps detects any type of IT failure that can be generated within your web portal or servers. Currently immediately taking actions that serve as backup until the problem is resolved. It also has user monitoring and constant network diagnostics.

Negative: PagerDuty in its functionality becomes many tools that for the little knowledgeable of the subject is very complicated to manage properly or to the maximum its platform, which leads to having to invest in training staff or the organization must face the need to hire knowledgeable staff to take an optimal use of this application.

Summary: It has enough support resources that remain formidably to companies where its important source of operability that in this case is IT is compromised by any type of failure, providing an immediate solution before repairing the damage completely, but leaving aside the main contribution that these same organizations present that are the ones that know their system better and that sometimes invest in technical support for such problems.

Positive: In the event of an IT incident within our enterprise IT servers PagerDuty plays the role of agile management to resolve any issues presented through the authorized supervision of ITOps and DecOps that stabilize the problem until it is resolved.

Negative: One of the most marked drawbacks within this application is that at the time of solving a problem, in case it arises, is that only the agents authorized by the program are the ones who are responsible for that problem, totally undermining the timely participation of the companies themselves.

Summary: You get a 14 day free trial and I really enjoyed it. I thought that it was a good application to use when you want to keep track of all your progresses.

Positive: It alerts you on all the little things too, but thats not a bad thing. You are able to choose what you want to be notified on. very Versatile.

Negative: There was not any cons that I can think on, I really liked it but I wish it was free for a month! Still amazing though.

Negative: PagerDuty has initiated a new procedure of identifying problems in a firm, and it fully work in perfecting the nature of business operations.

Positive: PagerDuty helps firms in identifying any problem in a company or in system and provide a suitable solution to the respective players. Again, PagerDuty has an outstanding alert means, which increases the efficiency of the tool.

Negative: PagerDuty needs to market most of its operations, to make the program more recognized and known globally.

Negative: PagerDuty is a well updated solution, but some themes of the program may require some perfection may be.

Negative: Though the application integrates with many other applications seamlessly it will be a lot more helpful if they increase their third-party integration more.

Summary: PagerDuty is so reliable and allows us complete all of our tasks in a much timely manner with everyone moving to more online tasks.

Positive: With PagerDuty, we no longer have any down time, because the platform seems to always be working. No more waiting around hoping our older, slower platform will work.

Negative: I really have yet to run into a con. The chat feature makes it so easy to get any questions answered. There is no waiting for them to help, someone has always been there to answer my question.

Positive: I love how easy PagerDuty makes it to use. It's great for on-call and real time scheduling. That's a big plus.

Negative: In order to get all the features of PagerDuty your managers will have to upgrade to the Enterprise program which can be a negative for some.

Once everything is up and running it provides powerful monitoring and communication options to fix any problems very quick that will not interfere with business operations.

Positive: PagerDuty has helped manage our systems and report any incidents very quickly to the appropriate team so that everything gets resolved fast and in an organized way. What is very good about the software is that you can setup several policies so that if any hardware or network goes down the person in charge is immediately contacted. It has a very smooth approach with easy configuration options and setup. Also features a mobile application to receive alerts which is a perfect solution.

Negative: Overall everything runs very smooth, there are times of delayed notifications on the Android app. There also has been a price increase lately in the annual plan.

Summary: Overall pager duty is probably the best incident response tool, it’s not really a major issue with the complexity too much when you get a hand of it.
The integrations I think is the best part of PagerDuty.

Positive: Collaboration with incident response is a major plus and the ability to use it with other integrations makes it fairly easy to handle incidents and other issues.
The dashboard is also really good, it’s also nice you can use it with a mobile app which can be fairly useful when on the go.

Negative: Can be fairly complex to set up, you’d likely need some technical knowledge using it day to day.
The UI can sometimes be an issue with its complexity, and documentation can sometimes be an issue as well.
