    Sad excuse of a cross channel monitoring & reporting software

    Summary: Unfortunately, a huge waste of time and ultimately money. Save yourself the frustration and time, go get something that actually works or at least delivers what it promises.

    Positive: Nice, simple, minimalistic design that at first sight seems to offer great integrations and promises a smooth and easy experience.

    Negative: Incredibly counterproductive UI that doesn't load integrations with third-party services reliably.
    You have to spend countless hours and efforts trying to find ways Oviond will work and present the data you requested.
    The new UI is a total disaster. It won't load cover pages. You're not sure which clients the data is pulling, if and when it's working.
    The migration to the new UI did not include the templates, reports and integrations I had painstakingly created in the previous version. The were all deleted and have to create them from scratch in a UI that barely works.
    Trying to pull a PDF report and have to try 5-6 times before it can show half the data I requested.
    Support is slow if helpful at all.

    Great Product, Poor Customer Service

    Summary: At first, I was very pleased with Oviond's performance. It has helped my agency and our clients in so many ways. My only complaint is how bad their customer service is. I am completely amazed at how they have not considered the needs of their customers. I have voiced my concerns to one of the founders who does not appear to understand why I would be upset and has offered no help either.

    Positive: It's definitely easier to use than Google Data Studio. They make reports and dashboards look really professional, and the whitelabel is a very great feature for my clients. However, migration to the new version has been so disappointing.

    Negative: WE were only informed about the migration on the day the older version stopped working for Google Ads. They want to switch off the old version in less than 2 months, leaving us with only a limited time before deleting all our clients' data, reports, and dashboards. My agency serves dozens of clients with the help of Oviond's reporting features. Now we have to recreate everything from scratch. All templates will be deleted, all reports deleted, all integrations deleted. This is a very frustrating experience that's going to impact our business. It seems Oviond is not a reliable software to use.
