    Summary: Decent software, after trying several similar ones can say that this one is worth a shot.
    People who complain about the program for crushing their PCs, have you heard about reading the instructions before applying anything in your system, or at least restore points?! Sorry for being harsh, but what is this notion for leaving bad reviews without even trying to understand what you are using.
    In my opinion the developers did a great job, the program is fine, and I’m planning on using it further on.

    This program saved my life

    Summary: I have been suffering from severe slowdown on my PC, getting worse with regular freezes and crashes.
    Besides cleaning out junk (which actually proved to be quite helpful on its own), the program helped sort out installed apps and remove the ones I don’t need. I would go and explore the program even more by myself, but then I realized that there is also live tech support available, so I just texted them asking for help. Their tech specialist called be back, connected to my PC and in a blink of an eye dealt with everything, it’s like I have a new computer now.

    Summary: It sucks cause can't update some drivers, just says they are outdated and goes trough the process of update but goes back to the outdated ones and keeps saying needs to update the drivers, and no way to get a refund and have to pay for customer support.

    Positive: Can't find anything good to say about this that other free software already provide. I can get better performance from free software that do what they say they do.

    Negative: Doesn't update all drivers and if you need support there's a fee for that also.

    Software is a rip-off

    An utter DISASTER

    I'm not a computer tech by any means. I was having trouble with my Memory Integrity being/staying off, and unable to switch on. I created a Restore Point on my own, and then tried what Microsoft recommended (of course it was the normal unhelpful advice to basically find a conflicting/bad driver, but never tells you how to find it/do it). I was not able to find anything obvious. I Googled articles and tried many things including Windows updates, looking for the bad/conflicting drivers, etc. Somewhere along the way an article said I should consider a company like Outbyte to update drivers, etc. I paid for the Driver Updater and PC Repair, and followed the instructions, and it did its thing. After the updates were complete and my computer rebooted, I got the dreaded Blue Screen that would NOT allow me to get back into my computer. For HOURS I tried everything, including using their Restore Points, removing the updates, etc but could NOT get back in, no matter what I tried. After I used their first Restore Point, my initial Restore Point I'd created didn't even show up as an option. I tried another Restore Point they created, but it did not work. I did not see any phone option to speak with anyone at Outbyte (and did not have the time to send them a message and wait who knows how long for a response). I was finally out of options due to time constraints, and ended up having to reinstall Windows. I lost 5 windows, each full of working tabs, and all my computer settings, etc. This has caused me to waste HOURS of my time (I was in the middle of an online class with a deadline), and this all was a MAJOR headache.

    Positive: Appeared easy enough, their tech deptartment did reply to another question via email within a few hours. The pricing was OK after I initially balked and found out their pricing, and then they offered something like 50% off.

    Negative: It screwed my computer up and I had to reinstall Windows.

    Summary: Results were catastrophic. Not only did their software Not correct the one error, I got seven. Then the Outbyte tech was allowed into my computer and reloaded a new version of W-10. All the data was lost plus all the data on the backup hard disk was corrupted. The computer would no longer start. The final cost was a new computer and $2,121.11 for data recovery and countless hours to restore the computer and the repurchase of CorelDraw and the NCH editing software. At this time, the cost is going to be around $3200.00

    Positive: Easy to sign up. There are no other pros in my case. Outbyte did cancel the trial subscription quickly.

    Negative: It didn't work. Not the first time or the last time when my computer crashed for good.

    Summary: Awful. Three days totally wasted trying to get my PC running after the download. And after all that, the Program has been removed. If you don't have time to waste, AVOID THIS PRODUCT.

    Negative: Crashed my machine. Tech support tried to help by resetting my PC on 3 different occasions. Each time the PC Crashed. The last time, tech support Alan told me they'd never encountered this problem and would give me a refund. Also, he told me to take take the PC to a repair shop where Windows could be reinstalled. It cost me $154 and now I have to reinstall all my apps and hope to get back my data. I'd say I've spent at least 5 hours on chat and the phone with this company, and would suggest that you avoid this download. It didn't speed up my PC, it destroyed it.

    Damage to 2 computers

    Summary: Outbyte caused considerable loss of time and money. Their support staff is incompetent. Very risky to use.

    Positive: The price. It does do some of what it claims but it can seriously damage a computer and be very costly.

    Negative: After installation and work by technician one computer cannot connect with wifi. Their support tried a recovery and reset , so I lost all my programs. Now I must go to repair shop to repair damage caused by Outbyte. Outbyte refuses to pay for repair of damage they caused. They also screwed up other computer so it is now hard to turn on.

    Summary: TERRIBLE!!! Monstrous app i swear i had to fix this thing once too many times. I wish i could take those hours back.
    i had to contact 4 different tech live ones.. to see why the driver update keeps updating the same driver when i did update..and restart it STILL pop up need driver update... it was so stressful and finally i thought maybe i should contact tech one more time... guess what? live agent is not avail they want me to purchase another program for live tech agent?? Are you kidding me? No you're not so worth it at all.

    when running it you can see what drivers need update for free.

    Negative: Purchase after need driver and then this app keeps repeating driver need update over and over. Live tech 4 different times try to fix it... same problem same issues.
