Summary: The customer services from the live support team via phone and their online access to my PC was amazing and heaps better than other services I have tried and cancelled.
I consider myself reasonably computer literate but I assume none of us users are experts. Like all software you have to invest a lot of time to understand all the features. I would like the software to be more self explanatory and user friendly. But I would say Outbyte is better than most and we all want these services at minimal cost!!

Positive: I had several calls and online repair sessions. They persevered and never rushed me. Resolved each of my faults. Each module seems to be very effective and thorough.
Pricing is competitive with their competitors for what you get.
They had to reinstall Windows 11 a couple of times and without any of the disasters others have reported.

Negative: Compared to other software I've tried, I didn't have any negatives.

Summary: I just bought and installed Outbyte to fix my problem with updates on my PC. Their technician Alex was a professional one, he solved my problem. Everything seems to have been done quickly.

Positive: Quality performance.

Negative: Did not find any.

Summary: It installed all necessary drivers. The most useful one I've ever used.

Positive: Understandable and easy to use program. They have Simon who helped me activate software and explained the details.

Negative: The price is slightly higher than expected.

Summary: Their technician fixed my lengthy Audio problem very fast. New audio drivers were installed on my laptop. Now it is working. The speed of his help and courtesy in communication were simply amazing.

Positive: Professional and fast remote support.

Negative: My laptop audio stopped working after upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Summary: It speeded up my PC. Simon helped me with deep Clean Junk Files and explained terms of 3 months subscription.

Positive: Good Performance, Security Features

Negative: Unexpected 3-month subscription.

Summary: Was impressed by the Driver Updater performance - scan was quick, new drivers installed with no extra effort, plus the system was checked and some additional tweaks offered. It took a minute to find where installed drivers were listed though, beside this I’m happy.

Positive: Updated drivers.

Negative: Too many popups.

Summary: The app turned out to be a great help with the most resource hungry apps. It gives a real boost for chosen programs, clears up junk, warns about unsafe sites and plenty more. The support is always available through convenient built-in chat.

Positive: Very comprehensive toolset.

Negative: Privacy protection can’t replace antivirus.

Summary: Had a pleasant experience with PC Repair program. The installation was absolutely simple, the scan showed problems that I suspected I had, offered fixes and settings tweaks that I find very useful. There was still a dll problem, I contacted their support for help and they fixed it too, in a matter of some 15 minutes! Very good experience indeed.

Positive: Did not quite expect tech support to be so friendly.

Negative: Scanned data is hard to read.

Summary: Still getting familiar with the app, but so far it’s fixed what I got it for.

Positive: Worth its pay.

Negative: Possibility to fix found vulnerabilities that are now only advised.

Summary: I was very satisfied with the entire program, loved it.

Positive: Overall a great program.

Negative: The possibility of choosing what action will be achieved in the next scan.

Summary: I was so upset when driver Dell messed up my system and I got error notification, I couldn’t download the drivers. I couldn’t fix it myself and ordered Outbyte Driver Updater. After chatting with Simon I concluded I can allow him access to my laptop. During the remote session I watched all his actions and talked to Simon in chat.
Simon fixed my problem, it took 4 hours online with their live tech support.

Positive: The technician was great, they spent 4 hours getting my drivers up and running.

Negative: Can’t find any. Although it took a long time to get my issue fixed I can’t complain.

Summary: Wonderful product and even better customer service! Great asset for old computer owners. Just one click solution for a great deal of issues.

Negative: Popups.

Summary: I’m under a big impression from what Outbyte technician did. He went far beyond the solution of my case with software activation. He thoroughly explained to me how to activate the app and answered my questions with patience. A prompt and excellent service by a phone call.

Positive: I’m satisfied with the service.

Negative: Can’t complain.

Summary: Good stuff, improved my startup speed, browser loading. Having a live chat is definitely a nice add-on.

Positive: Helps.

Negative: N/A.

Summary: Very fast and polite work that now means i can get back to my studies hassle free and from the comfort of my own room.

Positive: Simon fixed my issue in 8 mins, and i could see everything that he was doing on my computer, which for a non tech person was very cool.

Negative: I currently have nothing to report in terms on cons.
