Worst Platform I’ve ever used Date: Jan 22 2022
Summary: Don’t do it. Get informed and educated. Even if they charge less it’s not worth it. ZERO SUPPORT. I signed at 20% deal and was shocked to know we are now at 40%.
Positive: Integration with third party apps. Good landing page on their website looked professional and promising.
Negative: No human interaction. No support and most importantly high charges 40%.

Totally horrible Date: Nov 20 2021
Summary: This is supposed to helps business to centralise orders and make work easier but this is actually making you loosing time, money and customers.
Positive: Integrates with quite lot of delivery software and was pretty fast to be set up and the sale team was friendly.
Negative: The system keeps crashing for hours, especially on busy time, when it happens they will not notified you so you can avoid to get your customers waiting.

They changed our menus for someone else restaurant and took days to get sorted.
Many function that they promised us never worked.
When the system crash and you need support they just sending general message saying that their engineers are trying to fix it and recommend you to deals with the order buy yourself.Otter Company Response
