    Summary: We have had a great experience with ApicBase. Highly recommend for all food service, restaurant, catering, etc. businesses.

    Positive: Our company operates food services in correctional facilities, which is a unique niche. ApicBase has created software that fits ALL of our specific needs because the software is so dynamic. It's also user-friendly. It took me about 2-3 weeks to learn it and use it daily as we do. We are very pleased and thankful for how ApicBase has changed our operations for the better, helping us manage our expenses and raise our profitability.

    Summary: Overall it is a very good software to keep a total control over your food en beverage management. Because the register API connection the stock is up to date.
    The software is in development and they add new futures all the time. If there are questions, they provide a lot of options for contact (9-5).

    Positive: API connection with suppliers and register - real time insight food costs - easy build recipes by tagging ingredients - control multiple outlets - staff training with step by step instructions including pictures - support level is high.

    Negative: Because it works in the cloud, your internet connection should be fast. Loading times are sometimes a bit long.
    Takes a lot off work building your own database en tweaking it to your perfection. Approx 3 months.
