• After sales service is zero. The worst. No call center. They only reply email mentioning we will fix the issue, but take no action.
• DoorDash link is a big trouble. We asked them to remove DoorDash from Otter platform ... next thing we knew, our DoorDash storefront was always closed due to their failure to unlink it.
• No one shows responsibility or take action towards cancellation request.
• We lost many orders through Otter Integration.

Summary: Avoid - they lost our business money due to their carelessness. Refused to help or admit fault when we hadn't touched the system at all. This occurred multiple times. There are better companies out there offering this service. Anything, in my opinion, is better.
Positive: Otter caused multiple issues across our business and on several of our platforms which caused us to lose thousands of pounds. Their customer service team are very unhelpful and take far too long to reply. The issue was never resolved, they never offered compensation for their error aside from 6 months of free service. AVOID.

Summary: I don't recommend them. And that's it. If I knew from the beginning I would never put myself in that position losing my time with them.
Positive: They are very fast and they have very easy process to sign the contract. They are booking also a phone appointment to explain how good is their service and what you're paying for.
Negative: It was a long and difficult process to take their tablet in hand..after that starts the nightmare. Their app is way too difficult and doesn't work. Customer service is very bad and they reply with delay. They said on the photo that they are going to wave the first month subscription but they took the money from my account. It took another one month waiting to get the tablet and they charged me again.

Summary: This business is a scam business, they are a fraud. If you want to lose money and do damage to your establishment, sign up with Otter.
Positive: There are no pros, stay away from this company and the people that work there, you will lose money and you will be very angry.
Negative: Too many to list! Horrible customer service actually no customer service everyone that works there is a goof ball. We lost so much money and we lost many customers! They sign you up and they disappear. Business owners please stay away you will damage your business reputation by working with these idiots. Business owners beware! They are a total fraud!

Summary: Awful. I wish I never switched from my other integration platform but now I fear it's too late to go back.
Positive: Nothing really, it does what it should, which is integrate the platforms into one but all the features and hardware are terrible.
Negative: Too many to list... the customer support is AWFUL! You cannot reach anyone for help!! The printers are always going down causing a huge delay in operations. My staff hates it but most of the other services aren't much better.

Negative: Unfortunately, this company does not provide technical support whatsoever. Most of the integrations they advertised simply not working. We got bad reviews on delivery platforms because their software will not update product availability or store hours as promised. Phone and chat technical support is not knowledgeable or helpful, and mostly has no idea how their platform works. Their regular reply is: “This is out of my scope and I will forward it to the appropriate team.” So far we never heard back from the “other teams”.

Summary: Save yourself stress and aggravation as it's been a nightmare dealing with them. Have given them many opportunities to regain our trust, but time and time again they let us down. It almost felt like they didn't care if we stayed with them or went to a competitor.
Positive: When it's working it's great to bad it always has issues. Set up was easy, but everything after that was all down hill! Sorry, I don't have much good things to say, but I gave them a fair shot unfortunately they couldn't get it together.
Negative: Customer service is very poor with agents that barely speak English and their knowledge of their products is pretty much nonexistent. I've been dealing with an issue for 3 days which prevent orders from printing, I contacted their customer support line and was told to email them and they would get back to me within 24hrs, 24hrs has come and gone and guess what I have not received a call or an email back from an otter representative. Save yourself the stress and aggravation from dealing with this poor company.

Summary: Very frustrated with partial AI based email only support. Features seem great, but you have to contact them every time you want to make minor menu changes.
Positive: Once they get your credit card you will not be able to get anyone on the phone.
You will have to constantly start over after getting bounced to different reps.Negative: Support and setup is very frustrating. They only reply to emails after onboarding. They pick and choose which questions they want to answer. A few days later you will get bounced to a new representative and start over.

Half of all our orders have been lost over the last 6 months.
On the tablet we can see the name of the costumer along with the time the costumer tried to place the order but there would simply be no order. This happened over 100 times. We have lost thousands of dollars.
DoorDash quit working on the Otter system at our cloud kitchen location. Otter tried to fix the problem and somehow caused DoorDash to stop working at our other restaurant locations.
We now use the DoorDash tablet instead of Otter.

Summary: I believe over time Otter will improve. For what they are trying to achieve, it's a great idea. It looks as though there was a rush to get this software on the market without testing it.
Positive: I like the idea of having all the food apps in one place. I can get the order ticket from one printer.
Negative: The software doesn't respond immediately to commands. For example, when an item is not available, it takes minutes to remove the item from the food apps (DoorDash and Uber Eats) restaurant menu. In addition, the tablet they provide does not respond on the touchscreen. The number of orders stops at 148 every day.

Sales Team promises all the features I like, but first day got the iPad, the app shows no service.
Sales Team, Onboarding Team and SuccessTeam gives different pricing. (I don't know what a mess they are doing inside).
You are going to spend a lot more hours on this and may still experience difficulties.Positive: The idea is great.
