Unethical Business Practice. Misrepresentation Date: Dec 15 2024
Summary: Horrible. admit they did not tell me the other fee when I changed my service plan. How can they expect people to remember all the fees associated with all their different service plans that was presented to me when I was shopping for a menu service? I lost a lot of online business as no customers would like to pay for a processing fee of $1.99/order.
Positive: Most Service people are nice & prompt to reply. But somehow they may not always understand your question
Negative: They do not disclose all the fees. I changed my service plan from $399/month to $99/month which I thought it was the only cost. But the $99/month plan has $1.99 processing fee to all the online orders & I have around 300-400 orders a month. At the end, it cost me a lot more than $399/month. I contacted them about this. They admitted that they did not disclose the fee during my request of changing the service plan. They claimed that I was informed when the sales rep did a sales presentation to showcase all their service plans & fees which is months ago. I did not know about this fee as they charge my customers directly & I found out until a customer gave us a bad review that talked about this fee.

Such a rip off Date: Feb 13 2024
Summary: This is a rip off. I asked them what the hundred dollar is for and in response they said it’s for setting up the menu and sending us the equipment. No menus was set up and no equipment was sent, so why do they have to charge us for doing nothing? I do understand when they say nonrefundable set up fee, but I guess that should apply when they actually start doing something, in my case it only took me 5 minutes after giving them my credit card information to stop the process and they literally had done nothing for my company. I am writing this here to warn you to read all the paperwork before agreeing to the set up fee. This is outrageous.
Positive: N/A.
Negative: They approached my business trying so hard to sell us their product. Finally convinced us to sign up. First step was to give them $100 set up fee. They called me over the phone and I gave them the credit card information and they emailed me some forms to sign. Seeing the forms, I changed my mind and call them less than 10 minutes after the phone call and ask them to stop everything, I even sent them an email declaring our change of heart in writing. Being Friday night they wanted me to wait till Monday to talk about this. I did tell them that I am not going to change my mind, but they still wanted me to think it over the weekend. I asked them to everything on pause because I knew I wouldn’t change my mind. on Monday morning I called them and asked them again to stop everything and to refund me back the set up fee. They said they cannot return the set up fee although they have not done any sort of set up at all, and I had not even signed the actual forms of agreement to continue working with them.
