Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI Object Storage) allows customers to securely store any type data in its native format. OCI Object Storage has built-in redundancy and is ideal for modern applications that require scale. It can also be used to consolidate multiple sources of data for analytics, backup or archive purposes. OCI Object Storage is a storage solution for enterprises that stores data and backups. It runs on redundant hardware to ensure durability. Data integrity is monitored and any corrupt data is automatically repaired by recreating a copy. OCI Archive Storage is a longer-term storage solution for compliance and audit mandates, log data, and other data. It uses the same APIs that Object Storage but costs one-tenth as much. Data is automatically encrypted at rest and automatically checked for integrity.
