    Summary: I advise this application to those firms that intend to retain their customers and for that they need to be close to them, see their tastes to see what their services or products fail as well as with an oracle that can be quickly attended to that is why I suggest you to ensure that they can create an excellent task and keep the customer satisfied with what has actually been provided in a similar way, it adjusts to the demands that are needed.

    Positive: It is a platform that helps to get from customers as well as to recognize what they do, what they like or dislike about the product or service, so I like this software since it does well and is easy to use, in addition, it allows us to be much more careful with consumers to learn more about their experiences.

    Negative: Sometimes the link is slow due to lack of memory but I would like them to solve this phase that consumes less memory in order to compete with the huge ones and also adjust to the demands of the company.
