Facilitates future scheduling of recurring projects and initiatives. Allows temporary management of Call Taker "On Phone" availability schedules. Operation allows temporary adjustments to Call Taker skills configurations with no IT assistance. All temporary changes to Call Taker skill configurations are automatically rolled back.
