Summary: A great UI experience - it really is like Netflix and a lot of fun setting up course content to pop up to our learners over time. You can rebrand it - colors, logos etc and what is really neat is you can create elearning from inside the LMS - with video presenters, automated voiceovers.
This is the most comprehensive LMS I've seen. Support is super - my AM Andy is always on hand to answer queries etc.
I'd recommend this without question, I've seen the future of online learning and this is it!

Negative: Time is short and there is not enough time to implement all features. Will so so in time.

Positive: Open eLMS is very cheap to use, you just download the software and start using without providing any payment method.

Negative: The free version has basic features therefore if you need more robust features you can only access them when you upgrade.

Positive: It has been perfectly easy to structure courses with Open eLMS.
I like that it was rapid to configure SSO to enhance third-party systems integration.

Negative: It's a little bit clunky to undertake reporting with Open eLMS.

Positive: I like how it is easy especially when it comes to customizing emails with the help of templates available.
It is also easy to manage it since it is not complicated compared to other similar products.

Negative: So far I haven't experienced any problem while using it.

Negative: For the less duration that I have used Open eLMS, I have never experienced drawbacks

I have found using the system a great benefit in being able to create and manage a course from day one. I will be using the platform to increase profitability by reducing the time spent on delivery of training and assessments.
I looked at three other systems before choosing Open eLMS. The main factors were functionality, ease of use and security of data.
Customer support has been first class. I have made a few requests for help with design etc and was supported in every aspect by Andy.
I would recommend the system to anybody who requires a one stop e-learning/portfolio management system.

Positive: Easy to create and structure courses.
Resources can be added direct from the creator or uploaded separately.
Students have the ability to upload evidence that is able to be accessed easily by assessors.
The ability to deliver e-learning and review the programme remotely is excellent.
Customer Support is exceptional.

Negative: My initial progress in creating a programme was slow due to inexperience with the system. Help videos are available but on occasion don't go into enough detail, however staff are always available to help resolve any issues

Negative: Learning programmes are located at almost zero cost, why would i hate it then.
