    Excellent Practice Management Software

    Summary: We have been using the software for years, and aside from a very weak on site training offering, everything else has been exceptional. We find that all of our team members can navigate the software, and it is intuitive enough for our baby boomer team members to master. The customer service is very responsive and helpful and affordable.

    Positive: Ease of use
    Graphical tooth chart.
    Amazing customer service.
    Excellent add ons and adjunct software integrations.
    Relentless upgrades and user suggested improvements.

    Negative: On site training was exceptionally weak but it was 7 years ago so hopefully they have tightened that aspect of their offering up my now.
