    Summary: User-friendly software. Customer service is friendly and aims to please. User friendly. Cloud based and can use on my phone! I have been with this company for over 8 years and there is still lots of room to grow. Features I expect to be available are still unavailable. Sometimes servers go down and lag time is frustrating.

    Summary: I would definitely recommend Curve Dental. It might not have all the whistles and bells of some of the older server based systems but it is getting there. The benefit of having the system online is worth it for sure!

    Positive: During COVID this year, having Curve Dental as our software system has been invaluable. We were able to work from home to access our patient's files during emergency calls. We could easily contact our patients to reschedule appointments because we had all their information at our fingertips. Have not had any issues where we could not access the program in over a year of using the system. Customer service always easy to reach and they are very helpful.

    Negative: There are definitely some glitches that still need worked through. We have been using Curve Dental for over a year now and there are some things that we do not like. We are a pediatric office so the system is not really geared towards a pedo set-up but we are making it work.
