Summary: Onfleet was instrumental in taking our delivery service to the next level. It's a smart, effective, and efficient tool that is super easy to use. Saves you time and money. To think of what we did before Onfleet is barbaric.
Positive: User-friendly interface. Real-time tracking, SMS notifications, driver-customer communication via app, image and signature capture. Routing and scheduling are a breeze. Incredible analytics key for efficiency tracking and monitoring. Few and infrequent tech issues. Superb customers service, have never waited more than 24 hours for a reply.
Negative: No dispatcher mobile app, but mobile dashboard works fine on the browser

Summary: Overall, Onfleet has been very reliable, seamless, and an all around great service for myself and for my team. We rarely reach out to support because everything works as it should! Great service that I would happily recommend.
Positive: Ease of use, very intuitive dashboard.
Very reliable, rare technical issues which is great considering it must reliably communicate with our POS. Other companies we considered using had API issues.
Great features that are highly appreciated by our customers like SMS alerts when drivers are near their destination.Negative: Customer support could be stronger. It was difficult to establish a point of contact.

Positive: Easy to use platform, easy to train on, great documentation - great communication with customers.
Great analytics and add-ons.Negative: Cannabis industry issues with carrier filtration. I would like to have the ability to create more than one profile for super admins that can manage/oversee all locations.

Summary: I have used onfleet with multiple dispensaries and delivery services. Each time, Onfleet has surpassed competition and integrated easily with our POS system of choice. From the customer's point of view, everything seamlessly occurs in ge background, with just the right amount of information provided to them.
Positive: Ease of use from both dispatching and drivers perspective. Detailed statistics and backlogs of information.
Negative: Battery drain. Cannabis related texting is no longer allowed.

Summary: In the last few months we have become a company that is better organized and able to respond to all our customers needs in a timely manner.
Positive: Onfleet allows us to plan better and keep our customers informed as to the time of a delivery. I am particularly happy with the look of Onfleet. It is very easy to follow each driver and see where they are at all times. The ability to export the days work directly into the system is such a timesaver. On extremely busy days I love this program. It allows me to stay calm and provide a first rate service to our people.
Negative: I am not able to administer from my mobile telephone.

Summary: My overall experience with OnFleet in these past 8 months have been nothing but a wonderful trip. As mentioned before, its pretty user friendly and intuitive. As a manager, I can easily teach it to my new trainees and they get the hang of it pretty quickly! We're forever grateful for the route optimization tool since it saves us plenty of time.
Positive: OnFleet has been a great tool in my daily work life, not only it allows my team to efficiently route orders but also keep track of the drivers. It's easy to use, intuitive and user friendly. Even if you went in with no experience, you'd be able to get a hang of it without any tutorial and that's what makes it amazing! I'm not even gonna start on the colour pallet the designers chose for the webpage, I myself am a big purple colour lover.
Negative: There's no real tracking of who changes the routes, there's no real data tracker of when the routes were started collectively. I wish there was a way I could export the "Start time vs creation time" of every task. Other than that, it's amazing!

Summary: I have used Onfleet for more than 1 year and everything has been perfect, I have no complaints about this software but if I would like some things to change, in my daily use, Onfleet is a great help, and most importantly, it is simple and easy to understand .
Positive: I like the ease of Onfleet to manage routes, in my company we use it to manage deliveries, it is super easy to do it, from creating a task to assigning and ordering them.
Negative: It has many functions that I do not like, my company is small and it has functions that we do not use and those that we want we do not have because of our contracted plan. I would like it to be easier in terms of exporting, because if I want to export the data of a specific task, I cannot but must export because of the filters it has and that is more general.

Summary: Using Onfleet has allowed me to rapidly expand my delivery operations and reduce daily management from my dispatching team. I can have a driver come in and be doing live customer deliveries on day one! The driver app really does make my drivers happier on the road by providing the tools they need to be successful. Highly recommend this product.
Positive: Easy to train employees how to use the driver-app. Real-time visibility cuts down on dispatcher intervention. Routing tool saves a ton of time. The fact that my drivers can call the customer if they have any issues also saves a ton of dispatching time. Overall, Onfleet allows my delivery operations to operate much more efficiently with less intervention from my team.
Negative: The only con I can think of is that I didn't start using this tool sooner.

Summary: We're in the cannabis industry, so the inclusion of features that are specific to the litany of compliance measures we must follow would go a long way! I'm sure that will happen eventually, and in the meantime we're very pleased with the platform. It gets the job done quickly and efficiently
Positive: Onfleet makes route creation a breeze through its optimization software. We use it to create maximally efficient routes for a next day delivery service, and the platform keeps our delivery costs as low as possible.
I'm a big fan of the wealth of information that comes through in Onfleet data exports. It helps us integrate with our own systems.
Lastly, their customer support is very helpful and attentive.Negative: There are some bugs you'll encounter, but nothing that renders the platform unusable. More an annoyance than anything.

Onfleet uses Google Maps for their address encoding, and almost every day we encounter geocode errors while trying to bulk upload customer deliveries and their addresses. Onfleet will accept nearly 100% of these addresses when you create an individual task manually, but struggles with the bulk importing for some reason. Inputting these addresses manually adds a substantial amount of work to our routing.
