Summary: Overall I am very pleased with the customer support, the intuitiveness of the system, and the speed at which the messages go out. I plan to work with Notifyre for a very long time.

Positive: We are an event company with a customer list around 7500. I have been struggling for well over a year to get 10DLC approved. Finally I gave up on using another company and turned to Notifyre. They were AWESOME at holding my hand through the verification process. They have been super great at communication, problem solving, and answering my rookie questions. The price point is fantastic and the customer service can’t be beat.

Negative: The dashboard could use some additional functionality but at the same time it has features that are waaay better than what we were using before.

Summary: Easy to use and reasonable price. Ideal for eventual users like me. Pricing is reasonable, I hope they will come up with a better proposal for receiving faxes.

Positive: Today there are very few situations where a fax is needed. Also, a fax is an additional machine you must keep at home. So having an online fax service makes sense, but most of the services require you to have a monthly subscription, which does not make sense for most of us. Having a pay-as-you-go is the best approach. Also using the web application is very user-friendly

Negative: You need to buy a fixed amount of money in advance and receiving faxes is an additional cost. I think this could be better.

Summary: It’s an amazing site which lets you upload PDFs (up to 100Mb files!) and send them as fax! Other services I found were limited to 20mb. I’m super happy with them and their online support team is quick and easy to work with.

Positive: The ease to setup the account, load the funds and send my fax was great! The cost was way below competitors!

Negative: The only con was the fact I had to load the account with minimum of $10. That amount won’t expire but I don’t send so many faxes.

Summary: Customer Service on the chat was excellent! I found a custom solution for me and am excited to continue to use the service. I received a follow-up call from a senior executive (not done for every customer I'm told) after my first faxes were sent and they called to offer suggestions and further information and feedback. Great service.

Positive: Needed a solution for email to fax. Customer care was excellent. They got me set up and ready to go in minutes. First fax sent without issue.

Negative: I didn't understand why they didn't have a "free" version like similar companies, but when I found out the reason why -spam companies like to use "trial" version companies to send faxes on pay-for-play accounts and the email-to-fax companies will end up paying the bills- I like the integrity and forthrightness of Notifyre.

Negative: Honestly, there haven’t been any significant issues. If I had to point out something, maybe more integration options would be a nice future enhancement, but so far Notifyre has delivered exactly what we need.

I use it for sending FAX. That is what I needed.
I did not need it for SMS or for receiving FAX.
The user interface is easy to understand and navigate. Manuals not needed.

Reliable, has not crashed. Consistently works.
Support reached out to me before I even started using it. They offered help. How rare is that! Very rare in my experience. Kudos to the company.

Negative: No cons that I found.
I used it with Chrome browser on a MAC and it worked fine.

Positive: Best client service, I really thought I'd be dealing with emails, and AI chat, but I had a real person call me and help me through the process.

Negative: Nothing as yet. I don't have anything negative to say.

Summary: I will recommend all my friends around me if anyone wanna efax system. they are super easy and very satisfying services.

Positive: Super easy to use. awesome graphic on website. very supportive team via online chatting, email and phone call as well.

Negative: It takes few days to set up efax however, it was not Notifyre's fault. it was because other carrier to verify so.

Summary: Excellent, a product that works and is constantly improving. a very easy to use product and great customer service, very helpful.

Negative: I would like to see more features, but that's an easy fix as the company are very open to feedback.

Summary: This is a great product if you want to fax multiple documents at once. It requires only an internet connection and you can fax from anywhere using the website.

Positive: You can fax large documents in a short amount of time. You don't need to use a fax line which is convenient.

Negative: You can't pay for just what you want to send. You have to upload $20.

Summary: Janelle was fantastic, the product looks very comprehensive and really easy to set up and use on an ongoing basis.

Positive: Janelle called me within 5 mins of me setting up my trial login. No pressure and helped me with spreadsheet templates, sender options and I was totally comfortable with the whole end to end process within 15 mins of her calling.

Negative: None at this stage as we are only in the trial period. But on face value it looks very promising

Summary: Overall an OK Sms platform but far from perfect, ran into a few glitches around the site but at least it sends texts as requested

Positive: Easy to navigate the platform and the approval of sender ID was quick, local QLD phone call for support was handy

Negative: Glitchy parts of the platform and even with auto top up turned on, sending a campaign larger than your current balance kills it halfway.
