The SMS system spam my phone for 3 days, I complained they cut my account!!! Date: Nov 12 2021
Summary: Find an other monitoring system, the cheap price get's you in trouble. Im my case account disabled without giving the money back. A lot of wrong positive check = huge time loss, SMS comes for a lot of different provider and loop a lot so you receive a lot of SMS for nothing, in my case 3 days after I receive the same SMS. I'm happy I told them so they can fix it but they preferred to deactivate my account. So, an unhappy customers talks a lot!
Positive: Cheap.
Email and SMS alerts.
A lot of check for a little price.
Can disable all alerts at the same time for maintenance.Negative: Support slow (2-3 days answers).
