    Summary: It was okay before but is now completely broken. I caution any new subscribers and warn you it's done.

    Positive: I used it for many years and I liked that I could use my landline to record sessions.

    Negative: The company is basically broken. No one ever answers phone calls. The recorded files are not downloadable as of the last 5.5 weeks. I can't get any help or information about the situation. I will have to give up and find an alternative.
