Nexline is an electronic phone, or softphone. It is a phone app that runs on your data plan. It's similar to Google Voice or WhatsApp, except that it has essential calling features as well as a container for work that separates "personal" from "business". Nexline allows you to add a second line to your phone so that you don't have to carry two phones, or mix work with play on the same device. Your business's customers will be greeted with an automated attendant. If you have three sales representatives, the calls that are routed to them could ring each one in turn, or all at once until they are answered or sent to voicemail. The team can screen calls, put callers in hold, add participants or hand off a call to someone else. They can also do all of the things they can do with an office phone on their mobile.
