OpManager Observation Review Date: Jun 15 2026
Summary: I have been using this application for a long time, and overall, it is one of the best and most reliable monitoring solutions I have worked with. It is user-friendly, easy to manage, and provides comprehensive visibility into the entire IT infrastructure. The centralized monitoring capabilities and multiple add-on modules make day-to-day operations more efficient and effective.
Positive: What I liked most about ManageEngine OpManager is that it provides all the capabilities required to monitor the complete IT infrastructure from a single platform. With multiple add-on modules such as NCM, NetFlow Analyzer, Firewall Analyzer, and others, we can centrally manage and monitor the entire infrastructure, improving visibility and operational efficiency.
Negative: While ManageEngine OpManager offers a wide range of monitoring capabilities, troubleshooting critical issues can sometimes take longer than expected and often requires support intervention. Additionally, after upgrades, occasional false alerts and alarm auto-clear issues can impact monitoring efficiency. Faster resolution for critical support cases and further improvements in stability would enhance the overall experience.
