    Neota Logic Customer Review

    Edited: Nov 08 2022

Summary: Neota's broad range of functionalities is capable of automating various use cases within the firm. It has been our go-to tool whenever a use case gets raised to our team. Its Decision Tree feature allows more customization in setting up logic of the application's line of questioning.

It is best used for creating smart questionnaires/advisors but still capable of handling other complex use cases such as document automation, data management, shopping cart systems, etc.

Positive: Ease of use - its ease of use allows anyone to build their own custom solution regardless if you're a professional developer or someone who has no experience coding at all. Users are given the option to use Canvas to create simple and straightforward applications or Workflows and Studio for more customization.

Maintenance - Neota's built in Revision History allows anyone to review previous changes for reference. Also with Neota's autodocs feature, it documents the whole application in word format that allows application authors and subject matter experts review the content easilly.

Learning Curve - Neota's learning academy guides every new user on how to navigate around the platform. Its certification courses ensures everyone to fully maximize the Neota's capabilities in building custom solutions.

Built in layout components for engaging interfaces - Users are able to edit and apply themes with Neota's theme editor enabling them to customize the look and feel of their application. For developers and programmers, Neota's HTML view allows them to implement custom CSS and javascript codes to further enhance their solution.

Data Management and Analytics - Neota's workbench allows application authors and administrators to view each application's data and analytics via graphs and charts together with its Data Manager that stores the data in a table format which can be exported to an excel document.

Document Automation - Its document automation functionalities is on par when compared to other tools in the market. However with Neota's capability to customize forms and layouts, users can enjoy a more user friendly interface designed by its application authors.

Support - Working with Neota's support team and Account Manager has been a pleasure every time I raise concerns to them. Their 24/7 coverage ensures a prompt response with assurance that your concern is being worked on. Their expertise has been a great help, explaining every step how a fix is implemented rather than just giving the solution.

Negative: User interface of Studio - I might not find it as a con but for some especially for young professionals, the user interface of studio might seem to be outdated when compared to other tools offering the same package. However with future updates coming to Neota, this will be addressed by moving it via web really soon.
