Summary: This product is billed as "no-code" but a general knowledge of how variables are stored and interact and significant troubleshooting ability are necessary to build anything like the fully automated processes of your dreams.
With enough time and effort, significantly less than learning to code, this product will get you where you want to be.
Amazing with how ambitious it is, it actually works well without requiring interventions, once setup. Even if that can be very trying and require significant work arounds.
Even though documentation does not exist. Support staff is on the ball to assist when needed.
Bottom-Line: It works, but it's going to work you before it does.
The scoring below will reflect the flow creator's experience.Positive: The ability to quickly build forms and pseudo apps that perform well and integrate into a Microsoft 365 Domain. With Power Automate and a "bot" account bridging the integration gaps as a caveat.
Delivery on the promise of automation. Vastly reduces the amount of time, tasks and training required for an end user to perform a cornucopia of business processes. Once a given process has been assembled.
With few and slight exceptions, a very well polished and smooth experience for the end users of forms created with this product.

There is a lot of jank. Ranging from UI problems when setting up variables in the workflow and bots section. To unexpected behavior on certain characters between elements and integrations.
Nearly non-existent documentation for any specific part of any item in this package. Much trial and error and tribal knowledge needs to be acquired to use this product to its potential.
Poor performance in a certain few areas. Especially large forms when regarding the variables when setting up bots. Forms with 100+ variables begin to take significant amounts of time (1m+) for every single update to a given mapping table. This is exacerbated by slower PCs.
0 version control and 0 ability to move elements from one flow into another in the same workspace.
