Hidden Recurring costs not a good business model Date: Jun 06 2022
Summary: We went with NRS for our first POS and were shocked by the hidden recurring costs. This company tends to nickel and dime you, and if you don't want their OWN advertisements running on the customer facing screen you have to pay a monthly charge that amounts to hundreds of dollars a year. Each little service or add-on also carries a monthly cost. We have decided to move away from this platform after about 1 week in use.
Positive: Easy to setup and configure, simple to use. Would be a great platform if all features were available.
Negative: Predatory licensing model, not as responsive after the sale, off shore support

Summary: They are frauds, i called again they said different departments taking care and they don’t have departments number or email. I don’t have anywhere to go and I am loosing business (money) and customers every day since I don’t have pos working.
Positive: No pros at all.
Negative: I ordered POS system 15 days back, I started my business after a week it started blinking screen, and after days it become worst and we can see or touch anything. I called them they say will do replace because it falls under warranty. I waited 15 days still didn’t receive my POS system replaced. I called them every day, emailed them, they says will create label once label created I asked Fedex people they said, NRS team never did that or handed over to them.
