I write them morning, evening they always answer almost instantly, they are also available on phone and I can also schedule a meeting with them anytime. I have seriously never experienced such a great customer care, especially in a market like crypto signals groups. Yes, its true they are transitioning into a more hedge fund mode, but still a similar industry. I am happy i was able to get in as they had last free seat in the circle i wanted! The Onboarding call into the vip with Simon was enriching! all questions regarding the strategy were answered, and we went deep into pro trader psychology and mindset.

Positive: What I like best is their exceptional customer support, they respond almost instantly, are available on phone, and even offer scheduled meetings, which I’ve never experienced before in this space.

Negative: Honestly, nothing major just that they’re transitioning more into a hedge fund mode, which might change things over time.

Summary: I am very grateful that i found Mycryptoparadise on Youtube 2 years ago, their videos are extremely helpful and their VIP trading is very sound, and extras-focused on risk management, i feel very safe with them. The whole team is being helpful too!

Summary: Gotta share my experience because the onboarding was exceptional!!! I got a personal crypto expert from their team attached to me. I got access to a special strategy channel, where i got explanation of their strategy, and information on exactly what percentage they invest from their portfolio into each trade and everything about their trading strategy. So once I got access to their trading vip channels, I felt confident knowing exactly what to do and having the same results as they do.
