    Summary: Incredibly valuable tool for our nonprofit organization!! Helps keep our board up to date on meetings and documents.

    Positive: Great way to manage Board materials. Meeting packets are easy to build and share. It allows for packets to be shared by members logging in or sending out a complete PDF of all documents include. Meets the needs of my techie board members as well as those that aren't.
    Easy storage location for company documents that the Board needs to access. Extremely easy to use!

    Negative: Nothing! It is a great program. very valuable to our organization.
