    Summary: Terrible company. There is no support whatsoever since the company got sold last year. No phone support and e mail support takes a week to give you an answer that does not address your concerns.

    Positive: Totally agree. First they got us to depend on them then the company got sold and we cannot even get a simple question answered. Oh but their billing system works very well. They are already billing us for the renewal due 6 months from now. Do not use this company. They used to be good but now they are the worst.

    Negative: Nothing. They used to be O.K. but now they are terrible.

    Summary: DON'T BUY this software if you want to have a functioning office! I've emailed I've called and nothing!!!

    Positive: Nothing, I cannot say anything good at this point! They were purchased by a larger company and I'm not sure if they have growing pains or just have no idea what they are doing!! TERRIBLE.

    Negative: Absolutely do not buy this software!!! There is no support!!!
