Summary: Like it a lot overall- almost don't want to say it so too many people don't use it. Really a great investment.
Positive: The features you get for what you pay are unbelievable. Customer service is is top notch. Great company to work with.
Negative: Not much really - they are always working to improve it.

Absolutely love Modento and would never go back Date: Nov 13 2020
Summary: Very very happy we added Modento services. It has streamlined our intake process and minimizes time wasted with patients filling out paperwork in office - which allows us to run a much more efficient schedule.
Positive: Paperless forms, consents, and treatment plans. Ability to text patients and collect payments virtually.
Negative: None - we are so happy with this subscription and consider it something we could not do without.

Summary: Overall, the experience has been amazing with Modento, Simple user interface and the price of the application is also very competitive.
Positive: You get a ton of features with Modento which makes your work a lot easier.
Features like preparation of treatment plan, voicemails, notification, and ease of interacting with the patients.
On top of everything, you get amazing customer support.Negative: I haven't come across any con till now, everything about Modento is just amazing.

Summary: Very responsive service team, any time we have even a minor issue, they address it in a timely manner. Friendly. Excellent platform.
Positive: Contactless, everything can go to the patient's smart phone. Easy to communicate with patient's through the dashboard.
Negative: Still have a slight hiccup with patient photos not automatically saving to patient profile. Have to do it manually.

Summary: Wish I have learned about this product sooner. Everybody in the office enjoy the ease of putting out patient communication. Essential tool during this Covid pandemic.
Positive: The ease of communicating with patient, be it appointment reminders, bulk/mass emails (with parameters) especial occasion greeting messages (which my patients appreciate)availability of the most needed forms and you can add specific forms our offices uses.
Negative: Not being able to see medical alerts like in Eaglesoft medical history form

Summary: Overall it's a really great system and has made our communication with patients more efficient and timely.
Positive: Easy access to Modento when we need help.
User friendly.
Accessible outside of the office.
Text/voicemail drops.Negative: Too many clicks to prepare a treatment plan/patient paperwork.

Be careful Date: Jun 03 2022
Summary: They are more concerned about money than they are about meeting the needs of their customers. We showed them clearly how their communication with us made it look like it was a month to month service but now that we are hooked they don't care that they mislead and have not provided key services that they promised.
Positive: We liked the patient medical history forms and we liked their promise to offer the same services as flex which turned out to be untrue. And after a few weeks of use we disliked it but the company won’t let us out of the contract they misrepresented. Flex let us go easy and now we are going back to them.
Negative: Their sly sales tactics that roped us into a 12 month contract. You have no chance to know whether you like their services or not before you're locked into a year.
