Sync Always Down & Terrible Support Date: Apr 09 2021
Summary: If you want to spend days on the phone trying to find someone to restore a sync that keeps failing and to have few patients show up to their appointments then SolutionReach is what you are looking for.
Positive: When the sync with the scheduling system is working the product works as advertised.
Negative: The sync with your scheduling system is always down and it consumes endless amounts of time to restore it. During the time when the sync is down patients are not receiving their reminders. This results in fewer patients showing up and loss of revenue. The support techs only know basic elements of IT and are in way over their head. They can't understand what the problems are and therefore don't know how to resolve them.

Disappointing Experience Date: Nov 30 2020
Summary: This was the first patient management system that we tried 7 years ago, and now, on our 4th, every other company we have tried was better than Solution Reach. The worst part of the experience was the 2 year contract they made us sign but certainly didn't highlight in the onboarding process. To be fair, I should have read the print, but no other company with similar software has ever made us sign a contract, so be aware that there are other options that will also likely work better for your company!
Positive: The software was alright, not the best certainly. It did automate our appointment confirmation process as advertised.
Negative: The user interface was daunting, especially for our team members who did not grow up in the digital age.

Outdated Date: May 09 2020
Summary: It's overpriced and hard to use. The interface is difficult to navigate and isn't easy to use whatsoever.
Positive: Works decent for text and appointment reminders for patients in healthcare offices. Integrates well too.
Negative: I hate the outdated platform and is not super easy to use.
