Initially, you establish the contract based on the approved quotation. Each progress claim corresponds to a portion of the completed work, allowing you to recoup advances, manage retention, and apply a 5% VAT. Importantly, deductions are consistently applied either before or after VAT, ensuring no mixing occurs. The contract interface provides a clear overview of billed amounts, outstanding balances, unrecovered advances, and retained funds. The system restricts claims that exceed the contract limits. Retention amounts can be released at your discretion, with their VAT treatment aligned with the claims process. Claims are generated as tax invoices compliant with UAE regulations, available in English, Arabic, or both languages. Integrated features for job costing, purchasing, payroll (including WPS file generation), and VAT 201 reporting are consolidated, ensuring that your financial ledger and VAT return are derived from the same claims data.
