    I really like this MovieMaker!

    Date: Jun 14 2023

Summary: I created a nice video very easily, and quickly, so it made using this program enjoyable rather than a chore. I will be using it in the future to create more videos.

Positive: I'm middle aged and have older eyes so some of the video software, which most have black backgrounds, is very hard for me to read. I didn't find that problem with this program most likely because it's a very simple and straightforward video creator.

I didn't have any problems with the sound and I was able to reduce my music track to 10% easily. My completed video looks good.

I like that it's very intuitive and if you've ever created a video before you don't have any learning curve to use this program.

Negative: I didn't have any of the problems other reviewers spoke about. I highly doubt I will pay $12.99 a month for it though. The price is a little too high for me. I'd rather purchase a program than pay monthly anyway.

A nice program that frustrates unnecessary

    Date: Jun 04 2021

Summary: This software needs just a little effort to be a great software. At this stage it brings a lot of frustration.

    Positive: - well designed
    - a rich offer of Transition, Effect, Text and Motion options
    - a very good export possibilities

Negative: All cons are related to the timeline:
    - when the program is unresponsive (very often) there is no any information what is happening
    - a sound file should have the original time duration width immediately when set below the picture. Now is necessary to expand slide, then expand a sound, then expand a slide a little bit more, then expand a sound ......
    - after 10 or more slides is not easy to get active slide in the middle of screen. The user should work at right end of the screen
    - after an transition insertion (Apply to All) all sounds loose a synchronization
    - if a user want to insert an additional slide with a sound between two slides every slide and sound on the right side need to be reset

    Simple

    Date: Mar 05 2021

Summary: It's fun to use but so far id suggest only using this if you don't have audio or you're only using background music for your video.

Positive: It's simple and easy to use.
Allows for a lot of transitions.
You can easily add text in your video as well.

Negative: It's tedious having to keep sliding the marker over the video to select what part you're looking at. It'd be nice if you could just use the arrow keys or even scroll along some how.

The audio can easily get corrupted- many videos i made with this the audio gets sluggish the later it gets in the video.

There's no way to magnify part of the screen_video - for example to highlight something.

    Handy, but restricted

    Date: Feb 28 2020

Summary: I'm a little bit disappointed. It works, but also not.

Positive: Easy to use, it looks for the eye good, it's exactly how you want a music maker to be.

Negative: The volume slide of the music feature doesn't work.

    Popping Audio

    Date: Apr 01 2020

Summary: Have to uninstall it because I don't have time to chase down the audio problem that makes it unusable

Positive: Simple to use for simple edits and cuts
    It costs nothing

    Negative: No Options settings
Popping and crackling sound making it unusable
No help available for problems like above, just a user manual that falsely assumes everything will work

Looks Great, Cannot Export so Cannot Use

    Date: Jun 16 2020

Summary: Glad I tried, now I'll uninstall and forget it. To get to the minimum length for comments here, I repeat: Glad I tried, now I'll uninstall and forget it. Oh, but I have to choose how often I use this. Well, daily, meaning today. They need to add another option like never again until they fix it.

Positive: Added 3 GIFs and they linked perfectly. Then I chose Export and had good choices-as GIF, or MP4, etc.., and excellent resolution. Total length 27 seconds, something like 20 mb.

Negative: Got message; 'insufficient data space.' Nonsense. It made the folder (D...minimovie...output) and as another viewer noted, you can't option any other location. Well, my D still has 400+ gigs open and this is saying it can't fit 20 megs. Can't save except as 'project' so can't use normally. Bah! Needs options. And a brain.
